My experience with Rocpal was ideal. Alyssa in the showroom demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, knew her stock well, was able to answer queries immediately, and was low-key. There were no hard-sell tactics, just assurances that Alyssa and Rocpal wanted to accommodate your needs. The installation crew was also great; they arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained what they needed to do, showed me the product both before and after installation, and left my suite as clean as when they arrived. This is a winning TEAM!
