Roehl Cabinets&Woodwork

Juergen Roehl is a very talented wood worker and a pleasant person to be around. He was able to transform our old stone fireplace into the showpiece we always wanted it to be. Our home is old (for California) and we were not sure what our options would be as far as adding a mantle and some shelves. We did not want to destroy the original fireplace in the process of these improvements. Juergen was able to do beautiful work without any damage to the original stones. We are very happy with the results. Everyone that sees the finished product feels as if it has always been there. That is the ultimate goal in my opinion!

We originally evaluated several cabinet companies. We contracted with Juergen Roehl because of his reputation, how he listened to and understood our kitchen and master bedroom cabinet remodeling needs, and the competitive pricing. Juergen exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed of his progress throughout, and delivered and installed the new cabinets on schedule. Juergen and his colleague took great care of protecting our home as they worked, and we appreciated that. The cabinets look great and we are very satisfied. We called Juergen Roehl and asked him to assist us in designing, and then to have him construct, a wooden patio cover, approximately 10' x 18', for a patio in a pool area. Juergen's experience and his knowledge of construction of wood structures prevented us from making structural errors, and he was most helpful in suggesting attractive design features while respecting our wishes and ideas. Then he built the patio cover with excellent workmanship in the time schedule and for the reasonable price he promised, and without any damage to landscaping, etc. The end result is all that we hoped it would be. We are very pleased with Juergen's work and impressed with the quality of his work and professionalism. We recommend Juergen most highly and without any reservation.

My husband and I hired the Roehl team to help design and build some finished carpentry in our vintage Airstream. The work they did turned out so beautiful. Pricing is very fair, especially for custom, handcrafted woodwork. I really feel like I got value for my money. Took the Airstream out last week to Napa and got to enjoy my beauftiful new interiors!

Juergen built (i) a tall standing CD case that matched others I had already, and (ii) a set of bookshelves to fit in an existing enclosure. He did careful, meticulous work and I was extremely pleased with the resulting pieces (and their installation). I subsequently asked him to do another, smaller job for me. (I suppose that is the best evidence of my satisfaction.)
