Royal Oak Kitchens

I went to Royal Oak Kitchens for my Entertainment Center as I had heard great things about them, and they did not disappoint. They were able to provide a unit that fit my space and criteria perfectly. From the design to the installation they were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for any project. I can not recommend this business. The customer service was none existant . We started working with Glen in November to have custom bookcases and a mantle built for our living room. The project needed to be done for April so we thought this would be plenty of time to complete everything. We still hadn't received a drawing or confirmation that things were in the works by the first of April and this was after repeated phone calls and emails. With each phone call we were assured that everything would be done and not to worry, yet we still hadn't received a drawing which made us feel uneasy. Our emails were never answered. We had paid Glen a sizable down payment so we felt that we should continue working with him. When he finally came to install the bookcases after the date we had agreed upon he had misjudged measurements for the bookcases and the mantle wasn't what we wanted even though we had sent pictures and drawings to him. Also he wanted the rest of the payment before he would install the that day. We said no because we wanted to make sure things had been done properly. As it turns out the job will never be finished by Royal Oaks Kitchens because Glen refuses to come back until we pay him the balance owing so we have had to go with another company to finish the job. He also scratched our hardwood floors during installation and refused to own up to doing so. Our house is a new build so the floors are brand new. We had cover the floor area with a heavy paper but he pulled the paper back so he could install the bookcases. I would definitely steer clear of Royal Oak Kitchens.

Royal Oak Kitchens display a high degree of professionalism in every aspect of their business. Our clients always rave about their showroom and interaction with their design staff. Their designs and pricing is integrated with their production shop and when changes are made on the design with our clients they get a real time update on the pricing. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a first class experience. They make our team better with their attitude and professionalism!
