Sammy's Custom Cabinets

Sammy worked with us directly and with our general contractor to ensure that everything, from the design of the cabinets to their final installation, was exactly as we hoped. He coordinated with our appliance store to make sure the cabinets fit around the appliances, he suggested minor changes to our designer to make sure that the kitchen functioned well when in use, and he took care of details like installing crown molding around the whole room and adjusting hinges so that cabinets couldn't be opened into adjacent walls. He was even willing to stop work and chat with our small children about whatever was on their minds. We love our cabinets and loved working with Sammy.

We have had Sammy do several custom projects for us. In our last home he designed, built, and installed a custom office and built a custom entertainment center for us. In our new home he designed, built and installed cabinets in our office as well. He does excellent work and is such a pleasure to work with! He gives excellent customer service. You can tell he is passionate about what he does.

Sammy designed, built, finished, and installed custom cabinets for our main bathroom, total kitchen remodel, pantry cabinet, entertainment center with bookshelves, and window seats with storage. He also rebuilt a hallway closet, built new cabinet doors for our master bath, ordered and finished the wood for our stairway banister and railing, and ordered crown molding, that he designed, for our family room. He ordered and finished doors, door molding and mop board. He finished our fireplace mantle that we built. Whatever we needed for our projects, Sammy provided! When we thought about remodeling, we thought we'd buy cabinets from a big box store to save money. We are so thankful we had Sammy give us plans and estimates as the price difference was negligible and we could custom design our high quality cabinets to perfectly fit our needs. Three years later all our cabinets still look like new as the finishes continue to withstand normal wear and tear. Sammy was easy to work with and was very willing to give ideas and draw up plans for our projects. He took our dreams and rough plans and put them together to become a well functioning reality. Sammy cares about the details, from the size of the drawers to the aesthetics of the lay out. When plans were tweaked or added to and we needed additional cabinets, Sammy was willing to meet our needs in a timely manner. It was fun having him and his assistant, Joel, work in our home.
