I would absolutely not work with this company again. It speaks volumes that this is the first review written in four years. We were promised perfect, custom cabinetry and were left with dented wood, cabinets that are uneven, door that will not close all the way, and several other imperfections. “Touch ups” were done in a different finish than the pain used for the cabinets and are very noticeable, there are several spots in the crown molding that are missing pain and they do not contact the ceiling in many areas. Our work was never fully completed and we will now have to hire and pay another contractor to fix this mess. This company was referred to us by more than one happy client and our general contractor. Unfortunately we were wrong for choosing Gregg and trusting him. The photos posted are just a few of the many imperfections.

Greg and Joe of Shawanga Lodge Woodworks were both the professionals that I expected from someone that I hire to work in my home. They spent sufficient time to understand our needs and desires and designed our dream kitchen, then they build the cabinets as specified using only the best materials and installed them perfectly. Additionally they helped with the selection and purchase of the granite counter tops through their recommended supplier which gave us a great price and quality materials which were installed on the perfectly level cabinets It was a pleasure working with them and I do recommend them for a great job. Well done!!

I can't say enough good things about working with Greg and Joe on our ski house 'Britannia Blue' kitchen (and bar, and tables!). They are an incredibly professional team, listened intently to my ideas, provided feedback and in the end, gave me a kitchen even better than my inspiration photos! We recently purchased a Victorian farm house and needed to start from scratch with the kitchen addition. Everyone we interviewed wanted to give us a cookie cutter HGTV kitchen with granite, stainless steel, open concept, built in island. Although those ideas look great, not for this mid-1800 farm house. We were looking for the kitchen from the "Waltons" (yes, the old TV show). When we met Greg W. from Shawanga Ridge Woodworks, we knew we had our team! Greg and Joe really listened to our ideas. They designed and build the exactly what we were looking for. They are terrific craftsmen and artisans, do things in a timely manner and with care attention to details and even expanded on our ideas to us an even better kitchen than we were imagining. Can't say enough good things about the talent and professionalism of this team. We have our "Walton" kitchen for the 21st century. Five Stars !!!!

Have you tried to purchase bookshelves lately? They're mostly fiberboard. If you have over 100 cartons of books, that is not a good idea. So... what to do? I remembered that Joe Lupinski specialized in custom millwork, so I called him, even though my project wasn't that big, due to the size of my home. Joe came over, took measurements and asked detailed questions about every aspect of the project and what I wanted: permanent or movable, access to outlets behind them? Finish? Thickness of shelves? We had a follow up appointment approximately one week later to go over the blueprint (!) drawings and finalize the details. One can save a bit by leaving them raw, but I was intrigued by the spray on finish that would exactly match the wall paint color. Delivery was conveniently on a Saturday and it was "white glove" all the way. Each unit had been assembled off site and brought to my home. Once here, they were placed on location and attached to each other, but not the wall. I can move them if I ever decide to relocate. They are nice and deep so collectibles can be placed in front of a row of books and strong, no bending or warping here! They even came with extra shelves. Clean up was complete and thorough. Truly quality product sold professionally.

Greg performs excellent professional service from the start of the job to the end of the job. Our kitchen is a modern one except that our original cabinet doors were deteriorating and taking away the beauty of our kitchen. Upon meeting with Greg, he explained that he can design contemporary white wooden doors with new contemporary knobs and hinges to match the kitchen. He also recommended the best quality paint to bring out the beauty of the cabinets and the doors. Now when we are in our kitchen, we feel extremely comfortable looking at our new kitchen and using our new modern doors. Greg's professionalism and dependability means the world to us.
