Spiceland Wood Products, located in the small town of Spiceland, Indiana, began in 1902 as Stone Quarry Mill. Throughout most of the 20th century, the business focused on serving industrial customers. In 1987, it moved to its current location on South Pearl Street and adopted the name Spiceland Wood Products. During this time, the company expanded into cabinetry and began serving both residential and commercial clients, in addition to its long-standing industrial work. Today, Spiceland Wood Products remains a local, family-owned business grounded in the values of integrity, honesty, and the pursuit of excellence. We are committed to the well-being of our clients, employees, and all those we interact with. We offer kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, design, and installation services to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We also create unique, custom wood products for one-of-a-kind needs. Every step of our project went well with Spiceland Wood Products during our kitchen project. The house is over 100 years old and we wanted to honor that in our choices while incorporating modern conveniences. From cabinet, knob, and countertop selection process to installation, attention to detail was always provided. You can tell it’s obvious that they take pride in what they do. Communication and timing was great as well. Spiceland Wood Products also helped us by milling finished trim to match the existing old pieces that had been lost over time during previous remodels. It was wonderful to be able to take them a piece to be matched and have it ready for the installers. We have shared our experience with family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future projects and recommend to others.

I had Spiceland Wood Products make my cabinets in 2003 and they have always been beautiful without problems. So, I had them make cabinets for me again in my new condo. They are absolutely gorgeous. They are timely and their products are awesome!

We could not be happier with the quality and craftsmanship of our new kitchen and laundry room cabinets. We knew what we wanted, but we weren't sure how to get there. Rob and his team did a fantastic job working with us on the design for several months, and we really appreciated how they turned our ideas (i.e. - pictures from Houzz and Pinterest) into a beautiful design. We would highly recommend Spiceland Wood Products, as we already have to one of our close friends.

We did a major kitchen remodel and hired Spiceland Wood Products for the cabinetry: this involved design work, modifying existing cabinets (and applying a new coat of finish), building new cabinets to match, and installing a new island and new quartz countertops. We are thrilled with the end result; the old and new cabinets match perfectly and the quality of the workmanship and materials is outstanding. Pricing was very fair, and we saved significant money by avoiding the need to buy all new cabinets.
