Strathmore Floors-Design-Cabinets

Kelly Mangum design a new island for our kitchen to replace an old one which no longer met our needs. She also helped design a new backsplash and coordinated the installation of the new island and backsplash. We were very pleased with the assistance we received from Kelly and the quality of the work done by Strathmore.

Very happy with the service that Kelly and her crew at Strathmore provided for our kitchen tiling project. She coordinated all aspects of the project with us: selection, ordering and installation. She was a pleasure to work with because of her professionalism and follow through.

Strathmore laid hardwood floors throughout my entire house in November 2016. I am so pleased with the workmanship of the floors; beautiful!! The Strathmore personnel were very easy to work with and the actual crew that was assigned to my job was very professional. I could not ask for anything better!!

Carolina Kitchens provided all of the cabinetry and built-ins for a major remodel of our 1930's 2 story cottage. Their design and reconfiguration of our kitchen has transformed the way we live in our house. We experienced great attention to detail, especially with regard to the electrical in the cabinetry, and follow though. They did a nice job of harmonizing our cabinetry style with the existing millwork in the house. Solid job of coordinating with our general contractor - we would definitely use them again.

Carolina Kitchens and I worked together extensively on my entire kitchen design, laundry room, wet bar, 2 full baths, 1 half bath and a master bath. They never were not around when I had questions about design, paint colors, appliances, etc. Installation seas terrific and total outcome is beautiful.

The service provided included purchasing and installing new cabinets in both the kitchen and master bathroom. My wife and I went to several cabinet suppliers in the Charleston South Carolina area to find the best source to purchase our new cabinets. We chose Carolina Kitchens for the following reasons: •They had by far the best and most extensive selection of cabinets to choose from. •Carried top of the line cabinet manufactures with outstanding quality and proven reputations in the market place •Delivery of the cabinets was timely; installation was completed by highly professional carpenters. •Upfront cabinet design and drawings were accurate and reviewed several times with us prior to releasing to the cabinet manufacturer •The owner Howard Krauss and his designer Shirley were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We were completely satisfied with our cabinets purchased from Carolina Kitchens.

We couldn't be more thrilled with our new kitchen. This was a remodel of a 1950's ranch. Our designer came up with the best use of space and by taking down a wall we were able to achieve the open concept we wanted. The cabinet quality and finish is top notch. The installers were wonderful and did a beautiful job.

Kitchen and bath remodel: 1. Failed to deliver design of kitchen as provided by homeowner for storage solutions and design of kitchen island. 2. Poor Quality of high end cabinets distributed by this company was disappointing. Replacement of cabinet doors required 4x for dishwasher, 2x for refrigerator door and glass insert doors, + server always other cabinet doors. 30" Soft glide drawers does not close ( improper installation of glides). Island was ordered 2" taller than designed. Company has refused to take calls to schedule assassment required under the warranty as required by the cabinet manufacturer. Project was scheduled for 2.5 months and took 10 months to complete due to delays by company in response time, defects and errors in design. I would not recommend this company as installer or the manufacturer of the cabinets. ( Bremtown).
