The Cabinet Center

After a frustrating go with another cabinet company, Brad McCarthy swooped in and saved us. He took the time to come out to our house, and measure, as our previous measurements were off - he also personally oversaw our order and made sure everything was right. We had been through quite a bit of previous construction related issues, and Brad was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our process was stress free and successful. Brad answered our multitude of questions, and showed us as many samples, and work-ups as we needed. The plans were phenomenal - crystal clear, and really allowed us to envision what we were getting. He was also very respectful of our budget and did not push us to go over budget at all. He kept us up-to-date regularly and was upfront about what the timeline was in light of all the supply chain issues at the time. We ended up with GORGEOUS cabinets in our fabulous kitchen. The installer he recommended was also great, very professional, and did a wonderful job. We are so happy with our cabinets. Hat's off to Brad and The Cabinet Center.

I had a fantastic experience with Cecilia at The Cabinet Center. She used great tools to help me visualize what i was putting together. She must have come over to my house 3 or 4 times to help confirm information, design for a part of the kitchen than didn't even exist yet and make sure the measurements were accurate when I had doubts about what my contractor had measured. In the end, the new kitchen is better than I imagined. We immediately started working with Cecilia to do the cabinets in two of the bathrooms.

Cecilia Stolzer-Grote was an immense help in designing our new kitchen layout, recommending appliances, suggesting cabinet configurations for pantry, cupboards, drawers. The cabinet vendor she used provided very high quality materials, that look very good, and are highly functional. Installation was also handled in a highly professional manner. Overall, a very good experience. We highly recommend Cecilia.

The Cabinet Center is a “10” in my opinion. I just had a kitchen remodel and the design transformed my home. It is phenomenal – it feels like a new home after 25 years of living in the same real estate. I was introduced to The Cabinet Center and its owner, Brad McCarthy, by my contractor. Brad was the critical and pivotal keystone in the remodel. I will tell you first and foremost – start your kitchen design with Brad. The cabinets I purchased are remarkable – the quality is unequalled. I shopped at Lowe’s and Home Depot for alternatives. I’m glad I chose The Cabinet Center. My cabinets were custom designed for my space needs and there are those “little” things that add value. Such as - the built in Lazy Susan; the quick release latches that allow me to pull the drawers out; the quick release mounting brackets that allow me to easily detach, and attach the doors to the cabinets. Believe me, if you decide to line the drawers or line the cabinet shelves, you will appreciate the quick release units. The cabinets are beautiful. Go to The Cabinet Center and ask for Brad. You might as well start with the best. After my kitchen was completed, I echoed – “it was worth every dollar I spent”. I am not at all stretching the truth.

Project: needed cabinets and hardware for kitchen, master bathroom, laundry and mudroom We worked with Chris and the entire experience was great. Chris helped us design a spectacular kitchen while keeping in mind our budget and lifestyle. The fact that Chris has a contractor background really helped with the process. He understood the architectural and structural plans. Chris was ALWAYS available and responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. He was professional, patient and very easy to work with. For all future cabinetry needs, Chris from the Caninet Center would be our go-to. What's key is that the cabinets are beautiful and have lifetime warranties. We love how everything turned out.

I worked with Chris at the Cabinet Center in San Carlos in 2014. Chris and the whole team at the Cabinet Center were lifesavers. I had to change contractors and my kitchen cabinet order was canceled. I was on a tight reno schedule and I needed to order new cabinets quickly. Within one day of our first meeting, Chris was at my house taking measurements. He made thoughtful recommendations on the design layout - vastly improving our original design. With my schedule in flux, Chris offered long term storage of my cabinets at his facility in San Ramon at no extra cost. We've used The Cabinet Center many years ago to renovate our kitchen. We just remodeled several of our bathrooms and I highly recommend The Cabinet Center. BRAD from the cabinet center did an extcellent job. Brad listened carefully to our particular needs, gave many options, informative, great communicator, and overall very thorough. We couldn't be more thrilled with our kitchen and the experience in working with Brad. He was generous with his time and was reliable in returning calls (a rarity these days). Our questions were always answered in a timely and clear manner. He was very helpful with suggestions for counter colors and tile design which really helped me out a lot. And he was spot on! The counter color is absolutely perfect! The whole way through we felt a sense of confidence that we were going to get something high quality and that he would see the project through to completion, which he has. When we called Brad at the Cabinet Center to come to our home and design a layout we had on our minds for years to do and he explained it all could be done without question and we were amazed how he made our vision come true to life with the best quality of workmanship . We moved appliances from one side of the kitchen to the other, we opened up walls for better access which opened up the whole kitchen to the rest of the house and his suggestion to change out our sliding door for a French style door give us more counter space and a better flow to the kitchen. We added a 10 1/2' island into the kitchen along with more cabinetry and a wine center. Our 'galley' style kitchen is no more thanks to Brad and his Team. We asked for the best team to do the work and he delivered! We so pleased with the results, Brads vision and ideas helped us to accomplish our dream kitchen, his professionalism and follow through in all aspects. I have been supplying Dura Supreme Cabinetry to The Cabinet Center for over 7 years now and they are one of the best companies I do business with. The designers are extremely knowledgeable about the product and about design. Three of their designers have been working with Dura Supreme for more than 20 years and it is that kind of experience with the product and the industry that creates amazing results for their clients. I would highly recommend anyone looking for cabinetry to visit one of their two locations in San Ramon or San Carlos.

Originally worked with The Cabinet Center in 2008. Project put on hold until 2014. I kept in touch with Brad once a year . Originally I had a $2500.00 deposit with them. Brad came out to house to re-measure. He was punctual and great to communicate with. Originally I chose Dura Supreme. Due to price increase 7 yrs. later, I ordered Columbia. Like them well enough.. Wood interiors with a soft close is a plus..He would keep me updated on my order. Customer Service was 5 star. I also ordered quartz counters in 2 different colors. Love them as well. Everyone pays great compliments to my kitchen. Would recommend The Cabinet Center ...
