We just finished our third project with the team at The Cabinet Shoppe. They handled the selection and installation of the cabinets in our master bathroom a couple years ago and the other two bathrooms this year. They did a great job with helping select exactly what we wanted and made great recommendations on color and styles. The cabinets were high quality and looked great on installation. We received them on time as promised and the installation was scheduled and completed without a hitch. We were so happy with their work on the bathrooms that we asked to have them replace the trapezoidal window seat in the kitchen with new cabinetry and a retrofit on a drawer in the kitchen that the prior contractor said was not possible. This last project was clearly a more difficult job and they made it look easy. The service and quality from start to finish was outstanding. You won't go wrong with The Cabinet Shoppe.

Cabinet Shoppe experience was outstanding. This is my second project with them in the last several years. Owners are very knowledgeable and accommodating, a pleasure to work thru your project with, start to finish, including after the sale and delivery service and response. They offered a good selection of manufacturers, styles, features and colors, very important in a project of this type where it is essentially a one time project in your home remodel or new build. They helped in making the selection with knowledge of features and ways to evaluate color selection, including in home sample doors to see the look at the site, with your existing lighting and finishes. Planning for our most recent project, replacement of kitchen cabinets, was very important, dimensions needed to be correct first time. They were designed and dimensions independently checked and correct, a very important point at installation. And, finally, the attention to detail on the installation, with a real craftsman on the install and the owner present to insure all as delivered cabinets were correct and perfect. We would recommend the Cabinet Shoppe to anyone planning a cabinet replacement, or new installation, without any hesitation or caveats.

The Cabinet Shoppe was an absolute joy and professional organization from beginning to end. Marion and Paul are the perfect team to trust for your kitchen remodel. After multiple trips to other kitchen businesses, we recognized almost immediately that we were in professional, organized and client centered hands. Multiple planning meetings were scheduled, and Marion provided the time and guidance in modifications as our plan for our kitchen evolved. We chose the 700 Series in stained white oak rift and are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the cabinets and Marion's careful measurements. Paul was at our home when the cabinets were delivered and inspected every cabinet as it was put in the house. Absolutely no issues with damage or quality were noted on any of the cabinets or glass. Rolled cardboard was provided for our cement floors to protect the cabinets during construction. Dates of cabinet installation and follow up were clearly communicated well in advance and were met exactly as promised. David's craftsmanship was readily evident as he began cabinet installation. The quality of the installation was superb. Every detail for leveling, fit and appearance prioritized. He even made a recommendation to the electrician which greatly enhanced the appearance of the outlets on the kitchen island. Paul carefully scheduled appointments to coordinate with the quartz countertop and backsplash installation which required two dates. He was very prompt in responding to a few follow up issues, and all texts and emails were responded to promptly. This business, Paul and Marion, and their team are exceptional on all levels. They are the best!!!

We used The Cabinet Shoppe for our kitchen remodel and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment we sat down with Marion things clicked and she was really able to take our “wants and needs” and turn them into a reality. She also opened our eyes to possibilities that we thought would be cost prohibited and also gave us choices with recommended insight. Our plan involved taking down walls and moving plumbing so it was a big job. She was able to pull all our ideas and design changes into a 3D layout which really helped us visualize the impact. Once the cabinets arrived Paul and David took over the installation. Their communication was excellent and the attention to detail was top notch. We had lots of other contractors in the house working in other areas and quite often they would comment on how impressed the cabinet installation looked. To me that is the best compliment you can get. We definitely made the right choice in using The Cabinet Shoppe and will be using them again when we look to update our bathrooms.

Marion and Paul from The Cabinet Shoppe are the best. Marion came to my home to redesign my kitchen and main bathroom. She intently listened to me as I described the eclectic style I wanted to achieve. In addition, she asked great questions on items/issues I had not considered. Marion's design was perfect, and she captured all the elements I wanted in both spaces. When the cabinets arrived, they were beautiful. Paul was very meticulous and ensured the installation was done in a very professional manner. It was a great pleasure to work with Paul and Marion. They were honest, professional, courteous, and ensured everything was perfect!

I found The Cabinet Shoppe and called them for a consultation. I was already working with a designer, but I wanted a second opinion on how to handle a situation with our kitchen island that came up during our remodel discussions. Marion got us in quickly for an appointment. She was friendly, clearly knowledgeable on complex kitchen remodels, and was a good listener and very thoughtful. She ultimately came up with a design that was better than we already had, and made solid recommendations for a few items that we were stuck on. We were able to get our custom drawings and ordered the cabinets through her that she recommended based on what we were looking for. Paul also was wonderful. He oversaw the precise measurements of everything and made sure that their cabinet installer (he was Wonderful!) was scheduled to come out. I can’t say enough about the level of expertise this team has. Our installer was amazing. Over 20 years of experience, extreme attention to detail, and always professional and on time. A true craftsman. I would give over 5 stars if I could. They are a phenomenal team and simply lovely to work with.

My cabinets are beautiful. They set off the backsplash and countertop perfectly. Marion and Paul, at the Cabinet Shoppe, picked up right where I left off when I decided against another company. When they made suggestions, they provided the rationale, and they let me make the decision. They worked to ensure the design would include what I wanted and would suit the kitchen. When I asked questions, they were there. When I ran into a crisis, they were there. When I needed advice, they were there. When I added something at the last minute, they were there. Marion (designer), Paul (project manager), and David (installer) are an exceptional team from start to finish! Marion provided so many helpful suggestions to make our kitchen and guest bathroom renovation surpass our expectations. She is extremely attentive to details and knowledgeable about electrical and plumbing issues that should be considered in the design process. She worked to ensure our kitchen design and storage features worked for us and how we use our kitchen (we show everyone our blind corner cabinet!). Paul managed our project and was onsite daily for delivery and inspection and to check progress and make sure all went smoothly. David is a perfectionist with installation and there were no issues when it came time for laser measurements for our countertops. The cabinetry portion of our project was completed on time, and we just received our back ordered refrigerator and new kitchen table and chairs, so our kitchen is finally complete. It’s been a beautiful transformation and we are extremely happy with both our kitchen and guest bathroom.

We had a great experience with The Cabinet Shoppe! We recently remodeled our kitchen. It was small, outdated, and just not functional. Marion came in with such great ideas about how to maximize our storage and modernize the look at the same time. Her demeanor and communication along the was was just outstanding. I reached out to The Cabinet Shoppe hoping they could help with a cabinet issue caused by a "custom cabinet" maker in our new build. It was a small job but Marion treated me as if this was a 100K cabinet order. She and Paul are true professionals. Paul came out to measure for the new cabinets, provided me with drawings and pricing options. I was kept informed through out the process. The install, involving removal of the existing cabinets and install of the new was flawless. My house was treated with respect and care - something that is sadly not the norm with most contractors. If we do another build or reno, one of my first calls will be to The Cabinet Shoppe!

This is a fantastic company that is dedicated to providing an excellent final product! Marion and Paul exceeded my expectations and delivered not only a beautiful kitchen, but a customer service experience that went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. They were professional and gave me much needed guidance for a very tricky kitchen location. They were always available and very quick to respond to any questions or needs that I had. The Cabinet Shoppe was a Godsend. We passed the shop one night before dinner and I drooled over the display in the window. I assumed we could not afford so I did not investigate immediately. Through the journey of our kitchen remodel we encountered several cabinet sales pitches. We could not find quality, value, american made and a lifetime warranty all in the same package. By the fourth company , I was very disappointed and ready to settle. Then, I remembered that cute shop. I walked in the next morning and met Marion who promptly walked me through cabinet school. Teaching me the difference between raised panels and overlay doors. Erasing the ambiguity in finishes and clarifying the differences on the different levels of quality. She and her husband, Paul made the process easy. She took my ideas and transformed to a clear design. The cabinets came in before ETA and they were able to install 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The installation was completed in two days with attention to every detail. Paul ensured every piece came in and was up to their quality standards. Could not have imagined a more thorough team. Thank you both for making this part of the renovation stress free. I love the finished product and cannot sing their praises high enough.

FANTASTIC CLIENT SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL CABINETS. Marion and Paul from The Cabinet Shoppe were professional from the get go with our master bath remodel. Honest, courteous, friendly, accountable, helpful, flexible - all the things you want when you are taking on a remodel on your own. Our cabinets are beautiful, and we are very pleased with the result. Terry, their installer, was also helpful, friendly and patient - he also proactively "fixed" some collateral damage (broken baseboard/trim) from the tile guys. We will definitely be going back to them next year for cabinets for our next project.

Working on a project with Paul and Marion was definitely a great experience. They exceeded our expectations in areas such as, detail orientation, precessional approach, great customer service not only before the project started but long after it was all finished. We had designed and built our dream kitchen and master suite bath with Cabinet Shpppe and absolutely are satisfied with everything. Marion and Paul did a wonderful job on the kitchen and master bath part of our condo remodel. Marion made both spaces feel so much larger and function so much better. Marion listened to my needs and wish list, then translated that into room plans and assisted me in making the right choices to create gorgeous well functioning spaces. They were very attentive to any concerns I had about the project and made appropriate corrections when needed. I highly recommend their business to anyone wanting high quality cabinetry.

We loved working with Marion and Paul at The Cabinet Shoppe. After visiting several Jacksonville cabinet shops, the enthusiasm, knowledge and responsiveness of the staff exceeded our expectations. They picked up on and pointed out things that 4 other designer had missed or failed to mention. We were very pleased with the entire process and love our new cabinets and kitchen. Marion & Paul were professional and provided superior service from start to finish. I began working with them in 2015 and completed the project in Sept of 2016. I highly recommend The Cabinet Shoppe to anyone building or renovating rooms in their home. You won't be disappointed!

We had recently moved into a new home, however we quickly became disappointed with our Formica solid surface countertops (showed every little scratch/abrasion imaginable). Since we were quite disappointed with the services provided by the original kitchen subcontractor, we decided to call The Cabinet Shoppe. Paul, the owner, took literally hours with me on the phone trying to help me through this disaster. Once we decided to go with granite replacement tops, Paul expertly recommended Marble Masters, here in Jacksonville. We did go with Marble Masters, and have written a separate review under their name as well. I would have used The Cabinet Shoppe to provide these countertops, but as it turns out, they do not typically get involved with countertop replacement projects. So in the end, The Cabinet Shoppe spent hours of their time with me, when there was really nothing in it for them. The Cabinet Shoppe is a fine establishment who I would highly recommend even though they did not perform any installation for me. Paul and Marion are all about customer service. I appreciate their honesty, and the reference to Marble Masters was priceless. If I ever need another full kitchen, I will absolutely be using The Cabinet Shoppe for the cabinets and Marble Masters for the countertops!
