Thanks for taking the time to give us your thoughts! We think one of the most important parts of our work is helping clients understand the process of how we design, build, finish, and install their custom cabinets or complete their refacing project. Most folks don't do home improvement projects very often, so a lot of it is very unfamiliar. That can make it rather scary to invest your money, time, and trust in a cabinet maker. We want to take the mystery out of the process...to explain each step and what options you have that will give you a beautiful product that fits your needs **and** your budget. It's important to us to help you understand by using plain language and not industry jargon, to provide guidance making choices if you need it, and answer every question, no matter how small, and even the questions you don't know you have. (And by the way...there is no such thing as a "dumb" question...it's just something you don't know yet!) And we keep learning from every client we work with, and the questions they ask. That helps us do an even better job helping future clients feel comfortable with their investment. That's one reason your comments are so important to us and we thank you wholeheartedly! (And thanks for providing the before and after photos of your kitchen refacing!)
