I bought a 72 inch bathroom vanity. The package had the doors all inside the cabinet and not properly secured. The finish that was originally sent was the wrong one. After many months of back and forth and sending the incorrect/scratched doors, they finally sent the correct size and finish. Two specialists had to come in to adjust the vanity doors. Still 3 out of the 4 doors come out and are not balanced. The company "The Furniture Guild" is now stating that it is a problem on the way the vanity was installed. This company was recommended and being a USA company I went with it. After paying close to 5K, I should have gone with Ikea and gotten a similar finish, for 10% of what I paid. Never again

After repeated trips from our local rep and multiple onsite visits from our technician, the cabinet drawers can only be adjusted so much as it is currently installed. If you wanted to re-install the vanity plumb, We would be happy to send a technician back to your home and complete the adjustment. But I understand the complexity of this in your specific install situation. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to reach out. The warranty on your vanity is still valid for life. We'll be here if the need arises. Thank you!

Go Elsewhere! I bought a $9500 white vanity. Terrible customer service. The vanity drawers had a manufacturer defect. I have asked the Furniture Guild for months and months to fix the defect. They keep saying they will send someone to fix. Weeks go by. They cancel. Then reschedule. I call again. No one responses. They reschedule no one comes. And on and on. Not worth the frustration. A year later , still haven’t fixed my vanity drawers!!

I used Furniture Guild Stephen Series for one of my projects on Central Park West in New York. The workmanship and quality of their product is fabulous and their aesthetic is tasteful and timeless.

Furniture Guild creates magnificent bathroom furniture. We use them to build our clients vanities and cabinetry and they prove their worth every time. Not only is their construction second to none, but they are designing unique and functional pieces that are just not available from other companies in the marketplace. They also have a very nice website where clients can browse through their products and see the scope of their work. It is nice to work with a company that takes pride in their product and continues to push ahead in both design and construction. Furniture Guild is my go to line for custom vanities for my clients. The workmanship is excellent and they are willing to tackle any challenge that comes their way. The vast array of styles offered appeal to a wide variety of clientele. They are very knowledgeable and offer renderings for approval and strike offs of custom finishes. I have never had a project run late, they always meet their deadlines.

They have a wonderful group of people who are always happy to help. They supply std. product offerings as well as one of a kind pieces. If you can imagine it they can build it. In the rare instance when a problem arises they are always willing to help solve the issue, even when it is not their fault.
