I had an excellent experience working with Matt on a custom bookshelf and TV/stereo cabinet in my living room. He drafted blueprints based on our initial conversations and some inspirations that I found on Houzz. He then worked with me to tweak the design to fit my exact needs. His design choices were great and he provided helpful suggestions for materials and finish. Matt shared updates and pictures of the fabrication process in his shop. Matt and his team were efficient and professional during the installation process. They were even happy to return to my home and add grommets to the unit after I finished positioning my stereo, which was awesome. I'm very happy with the finished product, and wouldn't hesitate to work with Matt on a project again in the future. I was looking for a cabinetmaker to make built-in bookshelves for my mid-century house. Matt and his colleagues at Philadelphia Woodworking built a masterpiece for us! The shelves are exactly as I imagined and beautifully constructed. Matt is highly professional; he consulted with us about the plan, produced a scale drawing, made the requested changes, and then spent two days with his crew carefully installing the shelves and adjusting them to the peculiarities of the house. He was always quick to respond and clear about price, time, and options. The shelves are really stunning and I'm glad I selected The Philadelphia Woodworking for the job. I'll definitely call Matt again when new projects come up.

I reached out to Philadelphia Woodworking company with a few ideas and a cave-drawing of a sketch of what I wanted, and they quickly turned it into a beautiful project that incorporated all of my ideas and concerns. Work proceeded quickly, and they were responsive during the production. Delivery and installation took very little and left me very, very satisfied. I couldn't have asked for more. I love the work done to finish my kitchen that was started by another company. The project was difficult but completed creatively and with fine cabinetry work.

He came out to meet with me, look at my kitchen and bathroom, and discuss how best to achieve the cabinet designs that I wanted. The finished products fit well with the existing details of the rooms, and are good quality as well.
