Towne & Countree Kitchens

They reno'd our Main Bathroom, New Bath Tub leaked not once but twice, the second time they actually sent out a different Plumbling company to fix what they could'nt, turns out if you dont use plumbers putty, your bath tub could leak, really. 2 of the 3 towel ranks were shall we say display only since as soon as towels were hung on then they pulled from the wall. When I had a look installer used a drill bit too big for the wall plugs, not to mention the 5 holes behind the mounting plate, I gues he had a hard time lining up 2 holes. Then the floor tiles were seperating, becuase of inproper installation. Lastly the Euorpean style shower door was not installecd correctly was seperating from the wall they came 3 times to fix each time they did not fix and used Silicon to fill the gap, when the door was ready to fall off I had a Professional installer come and properly attache the door to the wall. His comment was silicon is not a constrution adhesive, and whoever installed this needed to screw it to the wall. Cost me 652.05 to have it fixed properly, I don't think these amatuers will pay it but we'll see.

We just had our kitchen cabinets, bench, pantry and counter tops designed and installed by Towne and Countree. We love everything. Our kitchen is small but Nina made the best of the space and spent lots of time with us . We felt she helped us make the best choices re the design .she was always kind, friendly and professional. The installers were great and everything was done well.

On our first contact with Jarmyn, IDT, Design and Sales, by phone and later in person, set the stage for our kitchen renovation. Jarmyn's friendly approach and warm welcome to the store was impressive. She provided several options and designed a beautiful and very functional kitchen which lends to better organization and accessibility for our Senior needs. Company owner, Gregg, also provided valuable information on kitchen cabinets with a winning statement "IT IS YOUR KITCHEN, WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE CAN DO IT." We were very happy and impressed by the total completion of the team of experts from the demolition group, installation technicians, plumbers, and electricians, lead by Tara, General Manager. Tara and her team were on top of everything and did a superb job. The work was all completed in a very well organized time line with much care and tidiness throughout the renovation. We would highly recommend this company as they are very dedicated to their customers' satisfaction.

Happy, happy, happy. We updated our very small kitchen to a more open concept style, Tannis was amazing giving us ideas to improve our storage capacity, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work. Job was right on schedule and Brent was very meticulous with the installation of the new cabinets, he is a perfectionist. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and their service is way above average. Towne and Countree exceeded our expectations!!!!! Thanks again guys!!!

After having had a terrible experience with a cabinet company and losing a great deal of money we went to T & C Kitchens. We were very impressed with the professionalism that our design consultant Sue displayed. Our cabinets have now been ordered and we are awaiting installation in 6 weeks time. Hopefully everything will go as planned and I can come back to this site and tell everyone how happy we are with our new kitchen!

Greg and Brigette and their crew at Towne and Countree Kitchen helped design and install a beautiful new kitchen. Our house is old (1929) and the kitchen was not large and an awkward shape. Greg listened to all our dreams, concepts and concerns and delivered a great product on time and on budget. The on site staff were respectful, prompt and clearly had a tremendous amount of experience. It was such an easy project for us. Having lived with the kitchen for a while now, we can't imagine what we could have done better! We would highly recommend Towne and Countree Kitchens.
