I had an installation job done last week in west hartford ct that came out very bad. The cabinets did not fit. It took a week for the manager to call me back. He said 100% of the problems was me the customers fault although they did the measurement. They even left sawdust in the cabinets they installed. The cabinets that would not fit they charged me to get the correct replacement, Then the crown moulding above the upper cabinets would not fit they said my ceiling was not level (why did they sell me the crown moulding then in the first place )They measured the walls and ceilings before measurement how could that be my fault. Although they have a Beautifull showroom and very nice customers when something goes wrong they blame you. THey would not give me any credit for the moulding , i had to install remaining cabinets. I will not use again.

This review saddens us because is it factually inaccurate. We resent that Mr. Ron, a contractor and out of state house flipper, fails to mention that his prep work created an extremely problematic jobsite for himself. We also resent that he conveniently fails to mention the time, effort, and expense Viking Kitchens invested in trying to resolve it. As professionals, we went above and beyond for Mr. Ron, as we have done in the past, and as we try to do with each of our customers. The decision to stop doing business in the future was made by Viking prior to and resulting in these negative posts. Viking Kitchens takes pride in the quality work we have done for more than 25 years, the thousands of successful projects, and the hundreds of happy customers who continue to work with us.
