EXPENSIVE JUNK! I ordered these for my kitchen remodel and installed them myself. I thought I was paying extra for higher quality cabinets but I now feel like they are expensive AND low quality. I paid for "all plywood" but they are plywood core with a pressed fiberboard layer and fake wood laminate face. The stuff is terrible, it scratches and tears from anything even remotely sharp. Once it tears it looks awful and there it no fixing it! ALSO: many of the boxes were out-of-square in multiple planes which made install a LOT harder. I had to plane some edges and attempt to force others into square, not fun. The back plywood is basically a piece of tissue paper so there's no integrity for mounting them to the wall. The overall finished product is OK but I do not feel like these are quality and I do not feel like they are going to last. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't do more research because these cabinets are low quality and now there's no going back.

We installed Waypoint cabinets several years ago. In October, we reached out to get new door and drawer fronts. We hired the local professional installer they recommended. We paid our deposit and waited weeks and weeks as the installer kept saying production was delayed. 5 months later, we learned that the installer stole our money. When I reached out to Waypoint, their customer service team took no ownership for recommending a thief. The additional recommendations they made were contractors who didn't return calls. Steer clear of this company. Their cabinets are not great and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

The quality is ok. We had a delay in our house and took a bit to get the cabinets up. We found issues with the drawer with it being stripped and told away to fix ourselves. We also ordered crown molding and discovered it would not work. Paid $700 didn’t use it and the pieces are standard 8 foot size. Linen in color. Was told they can’t be returned since special order. There was nothing special order. They could sell them again. I think $700 is outrageous but obviously was willing but since it doesn’t work we wasted a lot of money. This alone, I would not recommend.

Had our kitchen remodeled , new cabinets and drawers are solid, and work very well. found one spot where the finish had a two inch rough spot with a corner pantry was installed ,let the remodeler know about it and within three weeks we had the large door totally replaced and installed .Looks great ! Really great job ! Everything works as stated, no creaks,moans or groans.

I would give the cabinets a 0 if I could. There is a reason they don't have a social media presence and it's because people would tell you the truth. I ordered the400 series and every single cabinet door was damaged in some way - installation, manufacturer defect etc hard to know upon installation.. I have 18 cabinets and paid 20k so I said unacceptable what would these look like in one yr.....not ok. Either show me a better door or take them out. 600 series pay another 2k+ most of these are damaged and have to be reordered some more than once. They all have 4 indentions in the door in 2 places where the paint machine holds them .... so this cabinet that cost 1k each you need to melt wax, fill the hole cover it with paint so it looks OK but then, when you are filling your cabinets, your plates might get hung on the protruding staples and giant bead of jaggedy glue coming down in the corner of every cabinet???? I paid 1k or more per cabinet - the quality sucks, quality control sucks don't waste your money. I'm 50k in on a 120sq ft kitchen 4months later........enough said. Save your money

Quality, beautiful and timeless are the words I would use to describe our bathroom vanities from Waypoint. We did encounter and issue during delivery that the customer service team addressed quickly and went above and beyond our expectations.

I have been selling the Waypoint Living Spaces cabinetry for about 8 years and have installed them in my own personal house and many of my friends. I feel the quality is above average for cabinetry in this price point and feel very confident when offering these cabinets to my customers. We do occasionally have warranty issues with the shaker style door which is very common with any company when it comes to white painted cabinets. Waypoint is very easy to process a warranty and warranty comes very quickly. I think having the right dealer and cabinet installers is a key to success. Every cabinet company has issues from time to time it's how they handle it that makes the biggest difference.

Love our Waypoint kitchen cabinets! They are a classic timeless white. Just what we wanted. They are really beautiful and well built.

Used waypoint cabinets for our kitchen reno and it is probably my biggest regret. The overall quality and build of waypoint cabinets are decent, I am impressed with soft close, the quality of my roll our drawers, etc. BUT Waypoint quality is VERY VERY disappointing in the paint and finish of the cabinets. If you plan to use a painted finished DO NOT use waypoint cause the quality is terrible. When our countertops got templated the guy even noted he doesn't think the quality is that good, which is so disappointing to have a stranger walk into my home as say that. Honestly- spend the time to find a great custom cabinet builder especially if you are doing your dream kitchen/bath.
