Western States Cabinet Wholesalers

I will update this with complete details and a follow up shortly. Maybe something has changed since the last review in 2016, but here's my current experience. These folks are incompetent and do not tell the truth. Working with our contractor to order a total of two cabinets plus crown & filler to be added to our space. First order placed incorrectly. We don't know exactly what was placed on the second order because they claim it was in production prior to the submission date on the one order form we do have, which does not include the original items that were incorrect. And that order was placed more than a week after the shop told our contractor that the order was in production. Called for the owner today because their website includes a statement from him with a number to call. Instead my call is screened, he's on a "conference call" and I have not heard back. If they can't get an order for two cabinets done correctly, I can't imagine what happens to an entire kitchen. Run from these guys.

Lisa was referred by my contractor, Mike Dixon @ KMD Construction and I had an excellent experience working with Lisa. She always responded my questions very quickly. I had a couple of last minute changes for the cabinet design AFTER signed the contract. I expected to pay extra money for changes for the manufacture but I didn't have to because of her quick action. Also she is an honest and patient person. I definitely recommend her to my friends and neighbors.

Lisa has been awesome in helping me design 2 kitchens and I can't say enough good things about her! Her ability to take my words and vision and turn them into a completed project is exemplary! And somehow, she never runs out of patience... angelic, you might say.

The designer, Lisa Bright, is great to work with. Her design suggestions worked out well and if something wasn't working she solved the problem. She helped me select and design my kitchen cabinets. As we looked at various woods and configurations she made certain I knew the good and possible problems I might have with each product. She made suggestions that were helpful to me in making final decisions and on what I had to do because of changes. I did not need another separate designer. As we discussed possibilities in design, she also used her computer skills to show me what it would look like, what would need to be done for each decision, etc. In all a very satisfyint experience. She was recommended by my contractor who has work with her often in the past. That association has made many things easier for all of us. Recently another contractor I know also recommended her. I would recommend her and the products she represents to others. While in her place of business, I witnessed her interactions with other clients and contractors. They were always pleasant, professional and worked to everyone's satisfaction.

Lisa is a pro, plain and simple. She has a clean and comfortable showroom with abundant samples, she is very responsive, and her timelines and expectations were reliable. Most valued, however is her depth of knowledge and willingness to share it. She has worked in various capacities within the cabinet industry for more than 2 decades, and her dedication to the product is apparent. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and at the point where most of my suppliers curl up in the fetal position and euphemistically ask me to go away, Lisa was running negative splits. Very refreshing and much appreciated.
