If I could give ten stars I would. When not one kitchen store in Rochester NY (Including the wood-mode distributor kitchen store in Farmington NY ) would offer me any help, Bev Frye of wood-mode came to my rescue. A friend knew a kitchen store owner who told me to call. Wood-Mode. Bev answered my call immediately and upon learning the problem, sent the part I needed which I received within days and at no charge. Who could ask for better than that. Thank you

If you have Wood-Mode or Brookhaven Cabinetry in your home or are exploring the brand; sadly, they have closed their doors. I invite you to learn about Greenfield Cabinetry. For 22 years (until a couple of years before they closed), my Dad was a representative of Wood-Mode, so I understand the brands & their quality. If you are looking for a custom cabinet brand, I invite you to visit GreenfieldCabinetry.com - an innovative, custom line of cabinetry started by Pat Corsi & headquartered in Indianapolis. Custom paint colors? No problem. Interior storage options & interior lighting? Again, no problem. If there is anything we can help you with, feel free to give us a call (800) 999-7606 ( a real person in Indianapolis answers our phone!) or find a local designer for your project: https://www.greenfieldcabinetry.com/contact-us/?request=find-dealer . We look forward to hearing from you.

I am a competitor
I just recently heard that Wood-Mode has gone out of business, and I just wanted to say, I am an authorized Conestoga Wood Specialty reseller, and I can provide the same custom cabinetry (made in USA) as Wood-Mode did. Please check out my web-site: CabinetplaceOnline.com I think you will be happy you did
We ordered cabinets through a showroom in Massachusetts. They were due to be shipped three weeks from today. The factory was closed abruptly by creditors on Monday. They are bankrupt. We have to start the process over and we'll have to pay to live away from our home for several additional months while starting all over again, and we will have to hope that our contractor can schedule to get back and finish our innovations. Again, this company is bankrupt.
Avoid WoodMode! We are a luxury spec home builder in the Seattle area and had WoodMode do all the cabinets in a house. Here are the issues we have: A. There have been a massive amount of errors for the entire cabinetry package. We have never experienced this from any other vendor (Belmont, Crystal, etc...). I have outlined them below: 1. Master middle cabinet height is 27" while all others are 25"—needs to get remade. 2. Laundry cabinet with sink depth should be 24" and it is 21" (note that this cabinet also does not have paint on left panel facing the laundry machines, it needs to get remade). 3. Kitchen cabinet to right of range is not plumb/level. (needs to get remade) 4. Kitchen island needs to have finish paint on the ends of the cabinets that face dishwasher on two sides. 5. Fillers short for all 3 upstairs bathrooms. 6. For all secondary baths the lower most drawer face (left and right) is not lined up with the other drawer faces. This is because the face themselves was made short and not an adjustable item. 7. Missing door to refrigerator cabinets. 8. Kitchen wall perimeter missing servo motors added to the Aventos. 9. I checked the order sheet and for all drawers they are Tipon blumotion. Everything has Tipon, but the kitchen drawers do not have blumotion. B. Issues were first reported to Wood-Mode on Wed 2/27 and the company cannot give my distributor any type of ETA or status update. This is shocking that we can’t get dates at all. We need cabinets to do countertop slab and tiling around. Vendors have to come back to the site multiple times and the whole project is halted. This is costing our company over $20,000 in damages and growing due to their negligence. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere.
Recently we bought Wood Mode kitchen cabinets which looks great except the refrigerator and wine cooler panels. As you can see in the photo, the color looks more washed than rest of the cabinets. Wood Mode sent us replacements. However, the new panels stains are not as even as others shown in the photo. We don't expect quality would be a problem if we spend more money on Wood Mode cabinets instead of Book Haven. Now I am just going to live with it since I don't want to keep having contractor to replace the panels. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Wood mode has been less than helpful after we got flooded by Hurricane Harvey. They continuously refer us to the local dealers who look to us as an opportunity to charge us more and more. Even to fix the smallest thing becomes an excuse to change us. For the uppers that we kept, agree with others, the finishes wear out quicker than any dealer will admit to. Be weary of a lifetime warranty with so many caveats - not the first house we have purchased wood mode for but certainly the last.

Thank-you for bringing this to our attention. While all product and service support is handled through our local showroom partners, it is our goal to meet and exceed your expectations. So that we can best assist you, please send us a direct message via Houzz, or e-mail us at email@example.com and include the name of the showroom you’re working with and your order number(s).
Completely lacked any understanding for a customer who's home parished in the NorCal Fires of Oct 2017. We had placed an order with them for our bathroom vanity and less than 2 weeks later we lost our home. When we tried to contact them they would not take our call or email directly, rather push it off on the distrubitor. Would not even let me get in touch directly with their local sales rep. I just wanted a coversation about options-meaning I am going to be needing much more than one vanity in the near future. Rather the response was it's already been completed. So if they give you a long lead time my only advice is to tell them your house burned down and you'll have it in no time!! No ethics or understanding to customers who have a devastating experience.

While all product service and support is handled through local showroom partners, we apologize for the miss on our part to recognize the situation you were in with the recent fires in California. We cannot change your experience, however, we trust the resolution of the matter is to your satisfaction.

I've used Wood-Mode cabinetry for true custom jobs that require "made to order" sizes to fit an existing space. The quality and design of Wood-Mode cabinetry is unmatched. Our company has used them for years and will continue working with them many years to come.

Today I visited Wood-Mode Showroom at Chicago Merchandise Mart to select cabinets for my $1.2M condo in one of the premier buildings in Chicago. With less then enthusiasm sales lady started showing me door options when a gentlemen walked in who she knew. She immediately walked away from me and started helping him to make phone calls, locate other designers/suppliers and figure out events schedule. Eventually she came back to me for a couple of minutes until she decided to make a phone call while puling cabinet options for me and walked away like I was inconvenience for her when somebody picked up a phone she was dialing. Back again, she pules a couple more doors and asks me how long I have been in the country and after she hears my reply "24 years" says "Wow, you have a really hard accent which is impossible to understand after 24 years!" I am still puzzled how I managed to graduate from Harvard Business School, run my business of 18+ years and employe 100s of employees over the years. Good thing she does not work for me :)
I first hired Wood-Mode in Jan., 2014 through my CKD, KE Design Studio, in Costa Mesa. We used W-M's Brookhaven line for our project, which was done in phases and took almost 2 years. The door style is Colony in maple w/ cordovan stain. Phase I was an 8'L pantry wall. Ph II was a 7'L for wall ovens & built-in refrigerator. Ph III was an 8'L island. Ph IV was the 12'L sink wall w/ garage, mixer lift stn., & waste bins. Ph V was a 5.5'L hutch w/ desk, broom closet & doggie bowl. It's all beautiful. We have diagonal lattice in some of uppers, and beveled glass over the sink and desk. The joinery in the drawers is precise. I'll be using their product again when we reno our family room bath. The project value reflects total K reno cost. The Brookhaven cabinetry represents about 30% of that. Soon we'll have professional photos to attach.
