We do charge 20% restocking fee following our store return policy. It applies to left over floorings, assembled cabinets, and any other none-resalable items. Many of these building materials are not reusable. Our return policy is considered the most reasonable one. I wish you did have check out our return policy posted in our showroom before made your purchase.

I am saddened by your untruthful review. I understand your frustration. A home renovation process is not always as simple as what are shown on TV. Like I have explained to you many time in my previous emails to you:

" It must be a misunderstanding somewhere in our communication.

I have personally visited you for your home improvement consultation, I spent about two hours my time to measured your kitchen counter-tops, exploring all the options of either just changing the counter top or do-over the entire kitchen, and gave you an estimate right at your home. You were happy with the estimate and commissioned me further designed the entire kitchen and two bathrooms. We have spent many hours of our time to design and calculate in details about your kitchen and two bathrooms renovation plan. We have sent you a full package of 3D design images explaining in details what would your new kitchen and bathroom would be. Three blueprints of your new kitchen and two bathrooms and a itemized cost of this sizable project. You have paid $150 to compensate our time of work.

We can redesign it differently, set project in a few of phases or using less expensive materials if the budget is bigger than what you were expected. The word of "SHAM" and "stole" that you used many times in your emails are overused these days but are not applied to us. As we explained to you upfront, this $150 fee will be reimbursed back to you should you choose to purchase any materials or service from us. You are welcome back to discuss that in details, but please do not use those insulting words. Hate doesn't solve any problems. A untruthful review doesn't solve any problem either."
