“Fabulous Experience! Sandy helped us with two projects: 1) stage our "old" home in preparation for sale and 2) decorate our "new" home. Sandy understands how to effectively stage a home for sale. She primarily used furniture and accessories we already owned to improve the flow and appearance of our previous home - and our home sold quickly! Her fee for this service was reasonable and was definitely money very well spent. I would recommend that home sellers talk to Sandy before putting their home on the market. The small investment in her professional services can payoff in selling your home more quickly and maximizing the selling price of your home. First impressions are SO important! Sandy also helped with the interior decorating in our new home. She spent time developing an understanding of our decorating preferences and the "feel" we wanted in our home. Sandy helped us chose beautiful paint colors (she helped me think outside the "beige box" ) and also shopped for some new accessories and furniture for our home. She then assisted with furniture placement and accessory placement and made it all come together beautifully! Sandy is very warm and non-intimidating. This was my first experience with a decorator, and I wanted to make sure our home reflected our personal taste and style. Sandy helped us accomplish this within our budget. We will definitely call Sandy again as we make some changes to our home!”

“Christine was incredibly easy to contact and came right over to see the project I had in mind. This was a very sentimental couch reupholstering after my Mother passed away and I was completely unsure on whether or not I should recover and what material to choose. Christine was very honest and helpful in directing me with the quality of my pieces and how I could improve them or how I should proceed. She came with samples of material and helped me stay within my budget. She was VERY affordable for me and she helped me pick a fabric that went well with my home decor but also was durable for my dogs. She kept me informed, picked up (and delivered) my pieces, and it took less than two weeks to get my couch and two chairs done during the busy Christmas holiday. I was SO ecstatic with how our pieces turned out that I actually cried. It was everything I had hoped for and more. She also saved me some of the original material to keep for another project to remember my Mother. She also came with Christmas presents for my dogs. She is friendly, professional, inspirational, and knowledgeable. My couches are by far my favorite thing in my home and I am so grateful to her for her hard work. I highly recommend!!!”

“Marc Coan Designs and his sub-contractors tore out the whole kitchen and replaced it with new cupboards, cabinets, countertops, lighting, wallpaper, backsplash tile. Marc, who is very experienced in design, offered suggestions for accent trim and other materials that coordinated well together. Marc is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know many of his subs have worked with him for years and they respect his judgment; he respects their expertise as well. He did not push us to use materials that we didn't like. Keeping to a budget wasn't involved in our project, but I'm sure he would have respected any budget we might have proposed if that had been necessary.”
