“We initially hired Case Design/Remodeling to refinish a full bathroom, convert our old kitchen into a mudroom and redo our front door and closet. The end result was fantastic. Our Project Designer, Michael O'Hearn and Project Manager, Kevin Morrissey, really made the process enjoyable. For the front door, they had to take out brick to add a door with sidelights and move a closet. They matched the brick perfectly and the floor were redone so well that you could never tell what were the old floors and what was new. Our new mudroom is amazing. We use it every day and they suggested great ideas to ensure maximum storage for our family of five. The old bathroom got a complete makeover and came out beautifully. They helped us select fixtures that would fit the space, tile that matched our style and colors that brought the whole room together. I was impressed with the focus on customer satisfaction, the constant communication and the end result. The changes really transformed our property. They worked around our crazy schedule with three young children and a couple of animals thrown into the mix. I particularly appreciated the attention they paid to ensuring that they followed all safety regulations (e.g. mitigating lead paint issues) while ensuring we still had access to the majority of our home. We used Case a second time when remodeling our powder room after our sink with corroded water valves started to fail. We took advantage of their Bath Design package that allows homeowners to select from three style and investment options to maximize value and style. Now, all our friends comment on the transformation of our home and we couldn't be more pleased.”

“Let me start by saying anyone that I alone choose and my husband voluntarily endorses is spectacular. I found Nehemiah Construction LLC on Houzz while browsing for a number of different projects. I was initially impressed by Chris Seymour's prompt reply and willingness to come out and assess the project in a timely manner. There was no pressure or threats of "losing out" if I did not do one thing or another. His can do attitude, kind spirit and congeniality immediately put me at ease. After two meetings it was time for the test, meet my husband. He passed with flying colors :-) We had several long overdue projects including refinishing a balcony immediately over the front entrance, fixing a related leak damaging adjacent ceiling and enhancing the foyer as well as the living and dining rooms with dentil moldings and repainting, and removing the “popcorn ceiling” as well as doing a room addition. There was nothing too big or too small. We decided to go with the small ones first to see if we would indeed be satisfied. It has been 8 weeks since we started and finished(finished May 16, 2018) and we are satisfied. In fact as we have progressed, we have added on tasks, almost as many as I have conjured to help me execute a graduation event and found out in the process how resourceful Chris is. This is an extremely busy time for us and besides the renovations, we have needed to find shippers, caterers, etc. and Mr. Seymour has been a wealth of knowledge and connections. He is a true professional and his team, especially Silvio and Darrell have been equally thoughtful, responsive and attentive to customer satisfaction. Living with construction is far from being tolerable but the consideration in providing assistance with moving things around and with cleaning up after themselves has been phenomenal. No one is perfect, but everyone can help to make a process less daunting and onerous and Nehemiah Construction is such a company. I am very particular, and abhor taking short cuts and lack of attention to details, but no matter what I express doubt or displeasure about, gets remedied real fast. I am so pleased to have met Chris Seymour and his team. In my husband's words . . .
