In late 2019 we started working with Trish and Rick on kitchen design and started just before the Covid lockdown. The kitchen turned into a main floor remodel along with a new covered and screened in deck addition. During the project we had doors moved, added windows and turned the space from dated to modern. We were so pleased with the project we started the planning for refreshing our second floor before the main floor was complete. The upstairs included a completely new master bath layout and a beautiful walk-in closet to complement the glass and tile shower. We could not stop there, next Trish and Rick took on the unfinished basement and transformed it into an amazing living space. We added a kitchenette, office/bedroom, utility room and full bath with glass and tile shower. In addition they built our updated front porch and even designed a garage door so we could park our camper in the garage. We have been working with Lifestyle KB for close to 6 years. They are much more than just kitchens and baths. They are great people to work with and their crews are on time and respectful.”

The bottom line is we got MORE than we expected…within $54 of our budget… and finished ON TIME! And we actually ENJOYED it! They renovated our 1951 ranch home in Middletown. Our goal was to create a kitchen that was bigger & better connected to the rest of the house to allow us to have a welcoming gathering space for our family. Also on our list was a powder room, mudroom and a first floor laundry room. (We ended up with a walk-in pantry that we are so glad to have!) On top of that, our home was kept so clean and organized. Having the same project manager on site every day is KEY. Wes kept us in the loop, is an excellent communicator, considerate & competent. A big consideration for us was having design help. This service being in-house made so much sense to us. The talented drafting team paired with skilled design work (and hand-holding through vendor appointments) by Christy Maser set the foundation beforehand & allowed for them to provide a realistic timeline and budget. I would say what we didn’t know we needed-that made the whole thing come together-was a project manager that was on-site all day, every day. Wes became like part of the family. He was upbeat, organized, skilled, respectful of our home & a great communicator. I could say more about others but you don’t have the time for all that! The people we met were such a pleasant surprise in the process & ENJOY their work. Brandon Bailey has built a well-oiled machine that includes top tier subs that just do amazing work. All through the process, every sub & vendor would mention how good Bailey was and that we'd made a great choice. “No one does it like Bailey”, we heard over and over. Knowing that we were getting ready to spend a lot of money on improving our home, we didn’t want to risk it with someone that we weren’t completely confident in & trusted. Such a positive experience for us! Words that come to mind are creativity, trust, punctual, efficiency, collaboration, patience, respect (of us/our home/each other/the subs), organization, flexibility & great communicator/listeners.
