Being able to see the actual materials, finishes, colours, and options in person made choosing everything much easier. For us, time was a big factor. With kids and a busy family, we didn’t want a renovation dragging on for months or to constantly be coordinating different contractors. We were willing to spend a little more to have a process that was well planned and organized rather than simply going with the cheapest option. In our case, it was definitely worth it. The project was originally expected to take 4–5 weeks, but they completed it in about 3.5 weeks, which I found really impressive. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out and with the quality of the work. The whole team was professional, responsive, accommodating, and easy to deal with. Renovations can obviously be stressful, but having everything organized and coordinated through one company made the experience much easier.
