“When my husband and I started the idea of renovating our 1944 kitchen that had built in cabinets and no space for anything, we had no idea of where to start. We contacted Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. after seeing advertisements and we were put in touch with Bruce. We were totally blown away! Bruce came to our house and measured and sat and talked to us about what we wanted in our kitchen, what kind of budget we wanted to stick with and what would make it functional for us. He came up with ideas that we never would've come up and we knew then that this was then the right decision and we were so glad that we had Bruce to help us. We were so excited to get the project started and I was beyond ready to see the old kitchen go. Lisa at Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. always kept us in the loop about delivery dates, etc. which was very helpful for our contractor and his crew. Our cabinets were delivered, it seemed in no time and today, our old 1944 kitchen is BEAUTIFUL and updated to a 2016 one that we absolutely LOVE! I only wish we had done it sooner! We are planning on doing another project at our house in a few months and we will definitely go back to Bruce at Hearth, Cabinets and More, Ltd. for his advice and help! ~Tom & Hilary Clyne”

We selected from dozens of log slabs from trees he cut on his property, cut and dried himself. He sent us some drawings, and we settled on a design. The result was beyond even our high expectations, and he was great to work with. We recommend him without reservation!”

“I had Cab Fab do my kitchen in my new house in Cazenovia out of black walnut and cherry - custom cabinets - beautiful workmanship - reliable company to arrive when they say and complete the project on time. My kitchen is the focal point of my home and very practical as well as we love to entertain - Then I had them redo a kitchen in a 100 year old house - it houses 11 high school students and resident advisors. The needs were storage and gathering space. They satisfied our needs to the fullest and were punctual and always pleasant - stayed in budget!! A great company to work with!!”

“Ray Hoover is simply the best, most fastidious craftsman of custom face-frame cabinets in the area. He expects the workmanship from his shop to be impeccable; any tiny flaws are immediately resolved. I first saw his work in my friend's new home. He made and installed my new custom cherry kitchen cabinets. His price is comparable to those of much lower quality. He carefully matches the grain of the wood on the door panel so that it appears to be one plank. The hardware - door hinges, soft close, full extension drawers - is top quality. Ray will work with you to design custom features, such as my paper towel cubby. I was able to make changes to the design almost up until the date he started construction. Ray 's team installed my cabs in one day, on exactly the day he had scheduled weeks before. I'm told that he is always on time..Another contractor looked at my cabinets and said they were about the best he'd ever seen. Ray has a showroom where you can see two display kitchens. If you're anywhere near Penn Yan, you owe it to yourself to get a quote from Ray.”
