“Regarding communications with this business: The online chat option provided me with the introductory information I was seeking about a vanity cabinet. Some emails but not all e-mails received a response. Phone calls helped to clarify issues that needed an immediate response. The cabinet arrived in a timely manner. During a pre-installation check one door was discovered to be warped which required a description of the issue and photo to be e-mailed to provide substantiation for a warranty item request to replace the door. A new door was received in 3 days which was a great response time. The door was installed and functioned as expected. The cabinet pulls took 3 weeks to arrive as they were lost by the U.S. Mail then found. The issue took a phone call from me to inquire about the item and from that point the FLC representative tracked down the item and kept me informed via e-mail as the mystery unfolded. Being informed of that status was appreciated which prevented me from having to call repeatedly to find out the status of the package. I would give 5 stars for the communication's with this company. I would give 3.5 stars for the product (cabinet) quality because of the door issue, also one of the inner corner supports could not be secured because the screw holes were stripped (once the counter top was installed this was not an issue). Also the slides that the drawer is mounted on float from left to right which which has the potential to permit rubbing against the installed sink depending on how the drawer is closed. I have a granite top with a rectangle sink. The soft close mechanism's worked as expected. Overall the product is worth the price listed for a vanity cabinet but I would hesitate to order their kitchen cabinets as those would be exposed to more use in that environment and my concern would be the long term reliability and how well the finishes hold up. It would be good to see a review from 3-5 years after the product was installed in a kitchen.”

“BOTTOM LINE: We would highly recommend KBPlus - outstanding owners and team!! They provide quality workmanship at fair prices, timely communication and service. Kimberley and Sean, along with their team, were great to work with from beginning to end. Our project expanded in scope from just a kitchen remodel to additional work throughout the house (including full house rewire, flooring and raising of a sunken living room) and they helped us every step of the way. Kimberley listened to our thoughts and wishes regarding the kitchen design. She worked with us and our ideas to refine the design to match our budget and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. She also assisted with flooring and paint selections for the rest of the house. Sean kept on top of the work schedule and worked closely with vendors and city officials to keep the project on track. This was critical to the success of the project as the city implemented a new permitting and inspection process right at the start of the project and even city employees were learning this new system. Sean also went out of his way to procure the type/grade of paint we wanted to use, no easy task given the supply chain issues/problems. Both Kimberley and Sean always responded in a professional and timely manner, whether by phone, text or email. The crew was always professional and polite. KBPlus had an outstanding crew working on our project - Benny, James and Steve. All were very pleasant and accommodating when we stopped by the house to check on the progress. The job site was kept clean and they answered any questions we had. The work they did was top-notch -- reconfiguring walls, drywall (new walls and patching), new flooring throughout the main living area, baseboards/trim, install of kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. They had to do a lot of wall repair due to the electrical rewire and you cannot tell where the walls were patched. The punch list was expertly done and in a timely manner. KBPlus went above and beyond and addressed a few items for us that were not in the original scope of the work and we felt that they charged a fair price for this additional work.”
