Custom Cabinet Builders in Islip

“The team at Creative Design did an excellent job on my kitchen renovation. One of the things that sets them apart is that you have an entire team of professionals behind you, including a designer, project manager, dedicated cabinetry specialist, licensed plumbing and electrical professionals, and the owner, who oversees the project from start to finish. Everyone was professional, organized, and easy to work with. They coordinated well with my municipality and building inspectors throughout the project. Whenever I had a question or concern, it was taken seriously and addressed promptly. I also appreciated their transparency regarding pricing. If I requested an upgrade or a change in scope, they clearly explained the additional cost upfront, so there were no surprises. I intentionally waited a full year before writing this review because I wanted to evaluate the quality of the work over time rather than immediately after completion. A year later, everything continues to function beautifully, and I have received numerous compliments on the design and craftsmanship of my kitchen. The cabinetry, appliances, and all of the installed features have performed exactly as expected. While Creative Design may not be the lowest-priced option, I believe they provide excellent value. When you consider the cost of hiring and coordinating a designer, project manager, cabinet specialist, plumber, electrician, and other trades separately, you may ultimately spend more—and take on much more responsibility yourself. Having an experienced designer who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate the entire process is a significant advantage. I would highly recommend Creative Design to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality kitchen renovation.”

“Working with Keith and the whole Kling team was the best thing we could have asked for. Remodeling our kitchen was a huge project for us to undertake. Keith, Steve and Kyle were incredibly patient with us from the architectural design work to the laborious process of picking cabinets, through to the management of the project itself. Every person they had working with and for them was courteous, professional, and most importantly of all, competent. Communication was terrific and no detail was too small for them to listen to our input and provide us with the best direction. Great people, great service, we won’t be going to anyone else for our home improvement needs from now on.”

“After purchasing several one-off furniture items from Gothic Cabinet over the years and being extremely happy with the quality/value of our items, my husband and I decided to take the plunge with Gothic for two major custom projects for our apartment: a home office and a lighted closet/shelving unit. And we are so glad we did - we got everything we wanted! Tony Stakis walked us through the process and designed both units to our exact specifications. He was in close contact with us as the units were being built and was always available to answer any questions and talk through any concerns. The installers were quick and efficient and left us with the office and closet of our dreams! The quality and craftsmanship are at high levels, and Tony’s follow-ups following installation have ensured that we are happy - and will be repeat! - customers.”
