My primary bathroom needed a complete overhaul, while my guest bathroom and kitchen were ready for some minor updates. The construction crew was outstanding. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and made every effort to minimize the mess and inconvenience throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. There were no surprises with the timeline, and Sharon and Lisa kept me informed every step of the way with regular updates. Every morning I enjoy getting ready in a bathroom that's more beautiful than I ever imagined, and every evening I appreciate ending my day in a peaceful, luxurious space. My guest bathroom and kitchen are just as thoughtfully updated, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire project. “We first got to know Bill in 2020 after purchasing a house that had "great bones" but could use some upgrades. Bill immediately stood out versus the competition based on his attention to detail and willingness to spend time with us talking about our vision and needs. I still remember him crawling up in our attic on our first meeting! We have now completed several projects with Tier 1 including a complete interior remodel, done over two phases (e.g. tearing down walls, installing a brand new kitchen, new bathrooms, etc.--the whole works), as well as outdoor projects to improve the driveway flow and installing a brand new deck w/canopy and pergola system. I appreciate that Bill and his team are always willing to take on creative projects and will work to find a solution, the canopy system being a good example of something that no other outdoor/landscaping companies that we talked to were willing to do. In addition we have been able to call Bill when house problems have cropped up over the years, and Tier 1 has always helped even for minor things that weren't part of big projects we already had contracted with him. The most recent example was that our A/C unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year... we couldn't get any local companies to come out quickly but Bill was able to refer us to someone who could come by immediately and the entire problem was fixed by the next day. My husband and I are not very handy people and it always gives us peace of mind that we have someone we can call that we trust! Thanks to Bill and team!”

“We hired Nicole to help us remodel two bathrooms. Nicole allowed us to explore all the options before moving forward with the design. Nicole quickly helped us narrow down the selections for everything from lighting, paint colors, to the flooring. Nicole also was able to pull selections we would have not chosen given the vast choices you have when you’re visit a flooring and tile shop. Selecting items online was the same experience as Nicole narrowed in to which items we needed for our project and gave us a few great choices. When we ran into problems with the work quality of our contractor and Nicole found us excellent individual vendors to get the job completed. We even found an incredible painter through Nicole who came and painted nearly half our house after our bathrooms were done! I appreciated Nicole took our ideas and pulled them together verses designers that will only give you their vision. Nicole is calm, patient, and responsive from start to finish.”
