“Charles recently completed drywalling and painting and applying crown moulding to my kitchen ceiling. Charles displayed knowledge of the materials used and the situation. He recommended resilient channel to attach the drywall and exhibited knowledge of its proper use, ensuring that sound transmission between the kitchen and the upstairs rooms would be limited. He finished the drywall mudding, taping and sanding fastidiously and finished by painting to perfection.”
