“Boston Premier Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have no reservation whatsoever in recommending them. We had to demolish and rebuild a kitchen, bathroom and dining room when a pipe burst and flooded that area. Nick’s business model is fair. His crew worked on a flat daily rate. He charged us his cost for all materials and took a reasonable GC fee on the subs. In addition, he kept everyone on schedule, including at the end, when he coordinated his painters and hardwood sub with our movers, so we did not pay for even one extra day’s lodging when we had to move out. His crew was wonderful with framing, carpentry, drywall, laying tiles and installing kitchen and bathroom cabinets. One small example of the care they took: When they laid a tile floor in a room at the bottom of a flight of stairs, they did not just lay the first row along the wall but instead cut the tile such that the grout line was perfectly centered on the stairs. The grout line lines up perfectly with the patterned carpet stair runner. The crew and all the subs (plumbing, electrical, painting and hardwood floors) cared deeply about doing quality work. When faced with a choice, they always asked us for our preference, to make sure we were happy. We would hire Boston Premier Remodeling again in a heartbeat. “I live in a 100 yr. old triple-decker in Mid-Cambridge in an historic neighborhood. I needed to replace my windows. My neighbors had hired Rod Vaca, Cambridge Home Renovations, to replace their windows among other projects. They highly recommended him to me, so I hired him for the job. I’m very happy I did. Rod knows all about the Cambridge permitting process and how to get a project through it. He knew exactly what type of windows to install and made it so easy for me. The pandemic arrived during the installation timeline, which stretched it out, but Rod kept me up to date with what was happening all through the delay. Finally, Rod and his crew arrived. They came punctually from 8 am-4 pm every day for 5 days, wearing masks and protecting my furniture. They did a meticulous job with the installation and surprised me by repainting the window frames and sills. Their workmanship is remarkable. Their clean-up of their work great. And I am thrilled with my new beautiful windows.”

“I can't recommend Dennis and his team enough, they were fantastic from start to finish. Estimate/cost: He was quick in getting us an estimate and giving us a timeframe for getting the work done (we were updating a 1/2 bath to a full). We got several estimates (or tried to, one person came twice and still hasn't gotten back to us) and his was exactly what we had expected to pay. In contrast, one person at first said it would be around 30k but then gave us a contract that was unexpectedly almost 60k, which felt like a bait and switch. Dennis, on the other hand, gave us a rough estimate that was very close to the actual contract. Timeline: He estimated 5ish weeks for the project and finished almost exactly to the day of 5 weeks which was fantastic. Our project also happened over the holidays and we thought this might delay things but Dennis's team was here getting things done to make sure the work was completed in time. They arrived on time every day and were hard-working, kind, and very efficient. Work Quality: Can't speak highly enough of the final product. From the design to the tiling, the electrical/plumbing to installing the vanity or cabinet, the trim to the paint- the entire job was done with incredible care and looks amazing. They paid attention to every detail and it shows, the bathroom looks flawless. It turned out better than we imagined and we have Dennis to thank for that. Overall: The two pieces of caution we heard from friends and family before starting the project was that any renovation will be over-budget and last longer than the projected timeline, neither of which was true with Molla Builders. He was communicative throughout the process with updates, questions, or clarifications. We hope to do additional work on our house and will absolutely go to Dennis and his team. In a world full of contractors that feel untrustworthy or don't meet their commitments, Dennis stands out as reliable, warm, and very professional.”
