“Overall, the kitchen remodel project was a success. Fix Repair Solutions (Isaiah and Felix) were very capable and they always approached solving issues encountered positively. Never, "we cannot do this", though my unusual layout encountered glitches. Now I have a kitchen that is much easier to work in, to organize. Thank you for this. Positives: 1. Trustworthy people to work with, zero alcohol/drug issues 2. Creative to fix any encountered issues 3. Excellent communications, even when it was not a pleasant news (like delay) 4. Both cabinet company (Lioher) and Countertop company(Tac Granite) supplied us with very nice quality products. Opportunity for improvement: 1. Secure resources to complete the project in a timely manner Three weeks estimated project lasted six weeks because other works had to be handled. Part of the delay was the cabinet company's logistics problems as they use overseas manufacturing and take longer to secure missing /incorrect size cabinet parts. Lioher supplied very high quality cabinets, but we encountered a few delays in getting replacements. However, some delays were because they had to meet other commitments. It may take some time to achieve this but I have experienced another company, who came every day as expected and finished the project on time. That will reduce the frustration for both customers and the company. 2. Recommend consistent use of cloths to prevent glues, etc from sticking to the floor In conclusion, it was a pleasant experience with Fix Repair Solutions and I will call on them again, when needed. Hopefully resource allocation is better by then.”

“We hired Lou to build custom Mudroom storage cubbies with a bench seat. Lou was very professional and listened to what we wanted and offered good suggestions to improve the final product. He was able to match the color of our trim and wood flooring which makes the cabinetry look like it was built with the house. The finished project far exceeded our expectations, and I am an Architect, so I can be a bit picky when it comes to quality and detail. Lou and his guys did a phenomenal job! They made sure everything was just right and did not leave until everything was done to our satisfaction. They painted the walls of the room for us as well and we were short on paint, so Lou did the shopping for us so my wife did not have to leave the house. I am pretty sure that our house was cleaner after they were done than it was when they arrived to start their work. The exceptionally high quality of work they did will lead to other projects we need done around the house.”
