“I am writing this review after our phase two renovations with Sea Pointe. This company is incredible. They were polished, professional, and always delivered exactly what they promised. Our first phase was a bathroom and fourth bedroom creation out of our loft. During the planning phase, they took all the precautions to ensure our three boys under 8 were safe and our life was minimally disrupted. We even added flooring replacement to their tasks for this phase and they still delivered with only a week extension for our own change order. The second phase we had our master bath and stair railing with some accessory work in our house to match the beautiful work they had already done (hall cabinet, fans and can lights in our other boys rooms). They were on time and sent updates every week on how the work would be completed, same as the first phase. At the end, my husband and I both feel like we live in a hotel and every penny we spent was worth it. To our designer, Mike. Thank you so much for listening and making our wildest dreams come true. We felt so heard and supported the entire way. Johnny, our project manager, thank you for always keeping us in the loop and giving us zero stress during a renovation that spanned from May 2025 to now, May 2026. Your attention to detail and organization made this such a smooth experience. To all the incredible craftsman that made our 1970s home a hotel: Lincoln, Zack, Luissin, Jorge, Antonio, Cristian. Thank you so much for the ways you showed up every day seen and unseen and made our dreams a reality. We will 100% be contacting you all when we are ready for a kitchen. “Tanisha and Denise make an amazing team, we are thrilled with the results! We wanted to furnish our living room with a very unique "vibe". We wanted bold colors, but not brash. We wanted it to have character, but we didn't want it to be gaudy. We wanted character, but not kitschy. After sending Pinterest boards back and forth to each other, Tanisha was able to zero in on the aesthetic that we were looking for. After a few back and forths, I remember she sent us a Pinterest board and she said, "let me guess: you like this set up, but you don't like this piece because it's too loud. But you like the rest of it, right?" It's like she was in our head! Tanisha and Denise made this whole process fun! They challenged us to be creative, but reeled us in when what we wanted probably wouldn't have worked out as nice as we would have thought. They provided the perfect balance =) Their team put together a few 3D renderings, and completely nailed it. Then they started sourcing all the pieces that would become our new living room. It was a complex job, with some pieces coming from as far as Egypt! With a job this big, and the political climate being what it is (tariffs), we expected hiccups along the way. Their team informed us of the delays as they happened, and we felt up to date the whole time. We had different contractors come and help with the project, some for flooring, others for painting and tiles, another for wallpaper. Denise helped us manage the different contractors, invoices, and visited the job site several times to make sure everything was done well and held up to the strictest standards. Me and my wife both work, and Tanisha and Denise were SUPER flexible and patient with our availability. We are so thankful they were able to work within the confines of our busy schedule. We never felt rushed, and they still managed to keep us on track and within our budget. I could not recommend them enough! We will definitely be using them again, once we save up enough money for our next project ;)”
