My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Dana King Design Build Remodeling company did a terrific job remodeling our kitchen, with updates on the adjoining laundry room as well. Dana King herself was able to oversee the project. Becky was a wonderful designer. She listened to us and made focused recommendations, so it was easy and quick for us to make selections of colors, appliances, cabinets. Paul used the online program to set the schedule and keep us informed every day. The schedule was followed practically to the day, and we could message easily with Paul and others if there was a question. He and the team were very responsive quickly to any questions we had. Jeff was on site most days, either working or checking with the other contractors. He was excellent. All the workers were skilled, polite and neat. The result is beautiful and was done in a timely way with excellent communication throughout.”

“Above & Beyond!!!! From the start to end this company is one of the best I’ve ever had. They are easy to communicate with and they think of everything. KEN & ROB made sure all 11 of my windows were exactly what I wanted. They made me aware of all options and gave me the time to decide. No pressure just great customer service, a great price, top notch warranty and very responsive as I asked many questions. Everything they said came true. The windows are gorgeous and the seals make my house so efficient. The finished look his install team did looked like they were never in my house. They cleaned up and made sure I knew all of the steps prior to doing anything. The professional look has left me and all of my friends and family that I show “Speachless-Wow”. I will definitely not hesitate to call them the next time I need help on a house project. They do everything but the roof . Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!! “I would gladly recommend Jim and his crew to anyone who asks. In fact, I already have, to a very good friend! We were looking for someone with creative solutions to our tight space and experience working in an old (1897) home. It took us a long time to make decisions about how best to use our limited space, choosing materials, some major life interruptions, etc. Jim was incredibly patient with our questions and very generous with his time. This was no small project - our old bathroom needed an exhaust fan installed, bathtub removed and replaced with a shower stall, swing door removed and replaced with a pocket door, new window and casing, transom preserved, a custom vanity built, and a boatload of tile installed! The crew was fantastic - easygoing and kind to our kitties. We almost kind of enjoyed having Mike and Olivia and Shane around! They paid attention to every little detail. It's probably the biggest project we'll ever undertake and we couldn't be happier with the final product.”
