“We are a property management company, and every once in a while we have full kitchen turnovers. We were referred to DIY by a client of ours and called on them to provide an estimate. The estimate was very fair, and the service was exceptional. Our cabinets were ready on time, and the measurements perfect. We continue to call on them for our cabinet needs.”

“My wife and I hired JM to help us with ideas on our new kitchen as well as build and install these new cabinets. We could not have been happier with his knowledge, craftsmanship and professionalism during this whole process. We sat with JM and went over the project, he returned with a price and included the price for the quartz countertop as well, so we would have an overall snapshot on what we were looking at. My wife and I took a couple of weeks to tweak what we had been given, and went back with some updates. All of these updates were added and we even were given other suggestions on the changes we had made. The new updated contract was delivered the next day and we were ready to go. Although we decided on a contractor for the flooring, electrical, plumbing and painting that JM had not worked with in the past, he had no problem working with this new contractor. The cabinets were built and put into place on time. The installation was performed very professionally with JM being very respectful of our house and he made sure the work site was always cleaned up when he left. To my wife’s surprise he had even added a slide out spice rack at no extra charge beside the stove, something he informed us was left from another job and he thought we would like it. Great customer service and completely unexpected. When it came time for the slide out under the stove, he custom fit it for us so it worked with the changed plumbing under the sink. While installing the cabinets, they had mistakenly covered an electrical outlet, when I called him to explain the situation he was at the house in a couple of days and had the situation resolved without complaints or excuses. One of the highlights of the kitchen was the island, we had asked that he try to match the legs with a new kitchen table we had coming in, and he did so without question. We were even given the stain for the island so we could match the railing leading to the basement. I would have no hesitation recommending Slivers Carpentry to anyone thinking about renovating a kitchen in the future. JM was so easy to work with and stuck to his timelines, the work on the cabinets has drawn nothing but praise from our friends and family that have come to see the finished product.”
