I showed up at the showroom with the dimensions for a couple of face frames that would match the existing cabinetry. Though it was a small job, Richard promised a short turnaround time. He delivered on time, and the customer is thrilled with the results. We have worked on other projects where Precision built the cabinets, and they were beautiful! His customer service has always been excellent, as well.”

“Deana and Michael were highly recommended. We sought their services for bathroom remodels. They supplied us with a detailed budget that respected our budget guidelines. Deana and Michael were easy to work with even though most of our discussions had to be done by phone to our home in Wisconsin. Besides the phone consultations, Michael sent us phone pictures and videos to keep us current. Michael and Deana were very conscientious about our budget and would suggest ways to save money without sacrificing quality (instead of granite countertops, travertine marble was substituted at a 1/4 of the cost of granite) The people from Urban Maintenance, INC were a joy to work with on our bathrooms. They met all of our questions, recommendations, and needs with a positive attitude. We would recommend without question.”

“Shoshi helped us with designing our new house. The house was in overall good condition and move-in-ready, but not to our liking and taste. She helped us pick out and design the fireplace, hand-railing for the staircase, vanity cabinet for the master bathroom, all of the rugs in the house and some of the decorations. We were very content and happy with the final outcome. Shoshi is very professional, patient and hard working, and invested a considerable amount of time and effort to get things just right. She did a great job modernizing the house, which had a very traditional style to it before. We would warmly recommend her to everyone considering to redesign their house.”
