I engaged her on my first Spec and Model Homes in a new Development in Bel Aire, KS called Iron Gate. With me being color blind I have a good idea of the products/styling or look I want, but I need all the help I can get when it comes to color selections and what goes together. I also had Erin make furniture and staging selections for the model as well as helping to place and stage the house for the Spring 2015 Parade of Homes with room to spare allowing all of those final touches.
