“We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”

“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“When I hired Neal to renovate my two bathrooms and kitchen, I got a good sense about him. His was not the lowest quote I received but his ideas and knowledge were the deciding factors. They were very good with communication as to when they would be there, quite often we would catch up in the morning as they showed up (consistently in a timely manner) and the work was great quality.”

“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. A really strong point in dealing with Align Development and Graham Torrie was that Graham really listened to us when we expressed our concerns or preferences. He was always considerate of the fact that doing a reno like this can be stressful and he went out of his way to put us at ease throughout the process. We very strongly endorse Align Developments (Graham Torrie) for any renovation project you may be planning. There is a level of integrity and expertise that Align Development offers make them a choice you will not regret.”

“Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand. I highly recommend Rod and would do business with him again in a heart beat. He surrounds himself with the best contractors and is very approachable and cares.
