“I stopped by San Luis Kitchen Co. because they carried the brands I sought for both cabinets & counter tops. Following several trips to their business it was evident that the entire staff was exceptionally gifted individuals in the design of kitchens. The owner, Lee Anna, came out to my home without obligation to access my kitchen space, usage, and priorities. She and Sarah were patient listeners and guided me in a direction that yielded pleasing results. Their floor plan maximized the kitchen's space & improved on it's functionality. Their showroom enables one to see first hand cabinet options & use of spaces. They also have a network of reliable contractors who are as reliable as they have been. Though San Luis Kitchen sells only cabinets & counter tops, Lee Anna was fully involved in the transformation of my kitchen in ways that went beyond what I would have expected. “Mike is an amazing designer. I first met him at his Spanish style house that he had completely remodeled inside and out. I was awestruck. The detail and craftsmanship in every part of the house was clearly thought out to create a home that is simply a work of art. It was beautiful. Since then I've hired him to remodel our 1950's home and the landscape, as well as an investment property that we decided to sell. On our home Mike listened to our ideas and transformed what we tried to communicated about our taste in design into a functional beautiful environment that we love. He redesigned our kitchen, living room, bathroom and master bedroom, removing walls, picking out all new cabinets, counter tops and paint as well as new furniture or in many cases having pieces custom made for a fraction of the cost. This is one of his greatest talents. If he can't find a piece of furniture he is looking for, he finds craftsmen that can build it. As for our investment property, when we decided to sell it we hired Mike to come in and do his thing. Without spending too much money he transformed an older town home into a clean, contemporary beautiful property that sold immediately in a somewhat sluggish market.”

“Project: kitchen remodel Chuck Quinn provided the design of the kitchen and referral to a great contractor. Chuck met with us at our home (about 1 hour) for a design consultation. Then in the next few days, he provided us with several drawings (conveniently in email). He was able to provide different looks based on our desires and also prodded us into considering a more creative solution to our space need. He increased our kitchen floor space by 25% without sacrificing cabinet or counter top space. We chose Bertch cherry cabinets, Hi-Macs counter top, Oceanside glass tile back splash, and Marmoleum flooring. Installation took 3 weeks and 2 days! All the other designers / contractors told us to expect 6 weeks. We are very please with the final product. We highly recommend Chuck Quinn for design and concierge service.”
