“Absolutely outstanding. We used AGMJ for all the joinery in our flat refurbishment, and I couldn't recommend them any higher. From start to finish, their friendly and helpful service made everything run seamlessly. Whether it was big questions or little details, they were always on hand for instant replies and discussion, and this open line of communication was really reassuring, and meant that any bumps in the road were navigated with no fuss at all. Superb customer service. As for the joinery - fantastic. Beautiful, functionally faultless and a really high end finish that has elevated the whole flat to feel like a luxury show home. They made for us: - Bespoke, whole-wall media unit complete with cupboards and drawer storage - Matching bespoke bookshelf unit as an extension of the above media wall - Indoor and outdoor kitchen doors - Oak floating desk and shelves for home office - Bespoke hallway cupboard/shoe drawer unit, which is very unique in a very fiddly space. As well as the incredibly high quality finish, its important to point out that this was not straightforward! The shape of the kitchen meant that they had to find creative solutions for which directions the doors opened, cut specific unconventional shapes and also (my fault) add last minute tweaks such as LEDs that weren't in the original plans. They adapted to all this without breaking stride, and kept me consulted through every decision and solution. The hallway cupboard had to fit in an unconventional space, with stairs in the way one side and an uneven sloped roof at the top. Still, they found a creative solution which looks completely seamless and worked perfectly, including 4 really useful shoe drawers, which were AGMJ's idea. For the size of the project, they were really fast and started building everything as soon as we paid the deposit. Quality joinery does take a degree of time, of course, but they really pushed to get it done as soon as possible for us. On top of that, they sent a super team of 3-4 to get it installed as soon as it was ready. Finally - I want to mention how much they went above and beyond. They fixed things that weren't really their job to fix, added extra items and tweaks to the designs at late notice, and as I said, navigated every problem that came up. Beyond this, they even helped us remove some materials from site which weren't theirs. Again - not their job, but an example of the excellent customer service. We dealt with two people mainly. Norik, who was our point of contact and project manager, was incredibly helpful throughout with instant feedback, communication and problem solving. Sani, the master joiner, was the one responsible for the design and crafting of all the joinery and smoothing all the little snags and problems that reared their heads along the way. Would highly recommend both personally, as well as the company. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to use AGMJ again. Outstanding quality coupled with outstanding service.”
