“We hired Arklan Housing to help design and renovate the kitchen and living area of our lake house. Carl provided excellent advice and suggestions to build on our ideas. Basement stairs were moved, walls were opened up to create a more open living space, new hardwood installed and the ceiling was raised as part of the project. The house is older and has many unique (unsquared) angles. Carl is very creative at working with these 'features' and his attention to quality and detail are very evident in the woodwork that was done. We are extremely satisfied with the results of the construction. It was a pleasure to work with Carl and we would highly recommend him.”
