“Fournier did a complete remodel of our unfinished basement, including a wall of custom, built-in wood cabinets and shelving; finished ceiling; and drywall. The finished job was beautiful and there was a very high level of attention to all of the details. We have since hired them for two other projects. In April 2009, we hired them to do our deck. They designed the deck, incorporating my husband's suggestions. The deck is absolutely beautiful, with floorboards set on an angle, entrances from either side and a stairway with a railing going down the middle. We will continue to use Fournier because of the level of professionalism, the timeliness and the attention to detail.”

We also hired them to do custom trim on the arched entry ways of our dining room, kitchen and foyer. The foyer has transformed the entrance of our home and it is noticed by guests when they enter. Extreme Remod LLC offered us great recommendations for design ideas and helped us to visualize the finished product. We hired Extreme Remod to remodel our master bathroom which included drywalll work and custom cabinetry to meet our needs of converting a large bathroom closet into a vanity.”

“This is one of the best Contractor/Carpenter I know. Jim and Bob are very meticulous and precise with all their work. We started with a bedroom remodel then Blank resided the house with full length vertical tongue and grove cider making sure there weren’t any but joint and replaced every door and window with Marvin products. After they were done with that we had them rebuild our old cider decks with composite. They spent months at our house reliable and on time every day. Cleaning up at the end of every day. Friendly and pleasant to work with and lots of good ideas.”

“Orchid Construction was extremely professional and fantastic to work with. I added about 400 square feet to my house on the second story and had the main floor plan reworked and I couldn't be happier with the results. They added a full master bath, master closet, powder room, new kitchen and completely remodeled my second floor to include a sitting room, 2 bed rooms and a full bath! They listened to what I needed and accommodated accordingly. I would definitely recommend and use Orchid again.”

“Contractor/carpenter/home inspector He installed windows in my rental property that looked just as good as the ones a High quality window company had installed. Built a deck on my home based on a picture I had cut out of a magazine and it looked just like the picture. Only he decided to add the solar caps and added a step that went around the deck to meet a pathway that my husband had built. He designed it so everything met up perfectly and more beautiful in the end than the photo I provided. Reframed the garage door where wood had rotted, as well as replaced rotted wood on the pillar on the front of my home. Installed floor trim, painted and had a cabinet built to fit a specific sized space. Plus other "handyman" items too numerous to mention. Everything was completed very professionally and reasonably priced. He is friendly, efficient and can handle almost any contractor or carpentry assignment you might give him. He also completed a home inspection on one of my properties which was extremely detailed, he even researched the city codes to comment on what might not meet the codes if it was listed for sale. He provides photos of any issues along with the details of the "cure". I recommend him to all of my family and friends. Exquisite work.”
