“During the summer of 2015 I remodeled the exterior of my home. It is a two story home built in 1904 with an unattached garage. I have wood exterior and there were a few areas of rot which required replacing. The entire home, garage and front porch needed to be scraped and painted. Jason Knox, owner, was professional, respectful and accommodating throughout my home remodeling. He was precise and detail oriented. Jason was responsive to my ideas and was practical with what could and could not work to achieve my satisfaction and align with my vision. Jason used multiple resources and techniques to ensure cost effectiveness while delivering high quality results. Prior to my renovation I met with approximately 15-20 different contractors. All of which provided varied estimates for my project. When I reviewed cardinal constructions estimate I was shocked as it projected $5000 less than all of the other contractors despite using the same grade materials. Jason walked me around my home showing and describing to me exactly what needed to be done and where it was outlined in his estimate. Jason was respectful of my special circumstance of having a pet rabbit who was skittish with loud noises. Jason would keep me appraised of the location on the house where they would be working to ensure my pet was taken care of and out of the area of noise. Upon completion of the project I could not be more satisfied! Jason demonstrated being very detail oriented and provided expemplary service provision and high quality results.”
