“Ric was very professional, did what he said he would do and completed the job in a timely manner. He demolished and rebuilt and improved an insulated well house in snowy and wet conditions. Thank you for a job well done!”

“Aaron and his team did a major renovation job on our house, that included re-building a major portion of an addition that was poorly executed about 20 years ago. The construction involved the entire back wall of our house. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work and our dealing with Aaron. 1) Planning/estimate/contract: Aaron presented a very detailed contract after careful inspection of the work. The estimate was reasonable and he was clear about the contingencies. Change orders happen. Aaron communicated well and was reasonable about changing the payment schedule. 2) Communication during the project was great. They did discover that the existing damage was worse than expected, which meant that more work was needed and the price was going up. Aaron was completely up front about it and worked hard to minimize the extra costs. 3) The construction process was very clean. They put up a plastic sheet to separate the construction area from the rest of the house. We had zero problem with dust getting into other parts of the house, despite the extensive construction. The clean up at the end of each day was complete--the equipment was always well organized. They didn't leave things lying around. 4) The work was very methodical!! It was always clear exactly what they were doing, and every day the progress was clear. This was really impressive--having worked with other contractors who seem to get overwhelmed with big projects and end up taking a lot longer getting things done. It really inspired confidence in the work. Overall we had a great experience. We're actually going to continue working with Aaron on our next project. We'd recommend him highly to our friends as well.”
