“I can't say enough good things about Signature Carpet One. Not just a flooring store...they have a great selection of carpet, hardwood, tile, countertop materials and Hunter Douglas window coverings! The prices are competitive and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had them do my bathroom and kitchen remodel. I felt at ease with their professionalism and ability to work with my schedule for installation. The crew was great. They were punctual, clean, careful, paid attention to detail and obviously took pride in their work. John and Stefy were both a pleasure to work with, attentive, understanding and communicative. They are genuinely good people that care about their family owned business. They did an outstanding job and I'm a very satisfied customer! I will be hiring them again to refinish my hardwood floors. “Bittick's sold and installed laminate for most of my one bedroom condo. Mark brought as many samples as I requested to my unit. He was straightforward about the pros and cons of laminate. The price quote was accurate. After I paid half the cost, they ordered the laminate. There was only a short wait from the down payment to the installation, shorter than estimated. The installation took the expected 2 days. The installers were very good about leaving open passages wide enough for me to go through in my wheelchair, and left the bedroom clear so I could stay overnight. The laminate looks great! I'm happy with my selection, Mannington Berkshire Maple. I'm pleased with the speed of the installation, and Mark's helpfulness and quick response to e-mails.”
