They removed all of the old flooring, moved all of the furniture and then replaced it in each room. They even put the felt coasters on the bottom of all of the legs of the furniture so our new floors would not be scratched. “Steve Rados and his company are extremely professional. He came to measure at the appointed time and brought a good array of carpet samples. The carpet was installed two weeks later, also at the specified time. I received emails to remind me of the installation. The two installers were courteous, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable about installing carpet. They showed me what they were going to do and how they would do it. They were very careful when moving furniture out of and back into the room -- something that was important to me. They carefully cleaned up when done. I thought the price was very fair. I would absolutely use Friends & Family Flooring again and would definitely recommend them.”

“Clawes refinished my wood floors on the main floor of my house and installed new carpeting in the upper level of the house. They were on time, and did a very good job with everything. Their prices weren't the lowest for the carpeting but I did get a very nice quality product. The installation was excellent. The wood floor refinishing was priced competitively when you consider that they always apply 3 coats of polyurethane. All the other companies I talked to only apply 2 coats.”
