    “Landry and Arcari have a limitless selection of carpets and rugs, a phenomenal show room in Boston. Jerry Acari and the Arcari Family are the dominant authority on everything rug. They bring to the table or in this case should we say "floor", endless knowledge and a love for what they do which comes through in their enthusiasm when discussing floor coverings. They have done some wonderful things for allot of people, their mentor ship and educating designers on the craft being one of them. Jerry has given us some great advice. The latest in flooring products are abundantly displayed on walls and racks which make the search easy and quick. Borrowing samples is simple. Not only is Kathleen extremely knowledgeable about every detail of every item, but she always hires staff , from receptionist, to designer staff, to installers, who underscore her philosophy of great service.     “I have purchased two beautiful area rugs from Rugs Done Right. On both occasions I received online assistance to help me choose the right rug for the room. The second time I purchased, the rug I selected was sold out, but the online assistant sent me several alternate choices based on the one that was no longer available. The rug I bought is even nicer than the one I initially chose. The quality of both rugs is excellent, and both are perfect in the rooms for which they were intended. Shipment was very fast, and both rugs arrived in excellent condition. I also purchased pads for both rugs, and both of those are excellent, as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the outstanding service that was provided.”

    “Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

    “I've only ever gone to Bradford for the carpets in my homes, and I will use only Bradford in the future. We've had wall-to-wall carpets installed, stair runners installed, hallway runners installed, and purchased many different sized area rugs. The amount of options that Bradford has in store is overwhelming in a good way. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it. And even the value options are really great quality. The people who work at Bradford are super friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the products they sell. And I appreciate their honesty - they really listen to your needs and budget concerns, and they will find you exactly what you want without upselling you. I also appreciate the little things - like making scatter rugs out of the remnants for us as a gift. The installers have been prompt, friendly, and professional, and do an impeccable job. They measure twice, cut/staple once. Needless to say, I've never been anything but impressed and happy with the end result. They are a wonderful family business who treat their customers like family. I would highly and always suggest you check out Bradford, you won't be disappointed.”

    “BFC installed a new floor in our kitchen last summer (2017) and did a wonderful job. They made a lovely pattern using 16x16 squares, which wasn't easy as our kitchen is large and has several sharp angles. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They knew what they were doing and had it done in a day. We couldn't imagine a better job being done.”

When we were ready, the installation was scheduled at our convenience. The installer was on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Rugs, rolls, and more.”
