“Celine at Cluff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She allowed me to bring home the floor sample to see how it looked in my house and also discussed with me the pros and cons of different kinds of floor. I ended up going with luxury vinyl planking to install above ceramic tile in my living/dining room. The installer, Nathan, arrived early and did an amazing job - he stayed all day prepping the floor (which then had to dry) and beginning installation of the LVP. He was able to finish installing the following morning. I was so happy with their work and will definitely call them again next time I want to put in a new floor.”

“This company has two showrooms, conveniently located. Both stores are small but carry an unbelievable amount of displays of high end products. Very knowledgeable (and poilte) people man the stores who have a wide range of home imrovement expertise. Prices are competitive. Measurements are accurate and installation is very high end. A very pleasant experience. In four years they have done the flooring in four major areas of my home and I look forward to the next (and final!) project - kitchen and back hall totoal redo.”

“While I work with them professionally quite frequently, I was so incredibly impressed with my own home . From custom tile work to wood flooring, I am floored (HA!) with the final product. I cannot applaud their expertise and ability to make my dream a reality! My home is stunning, exactly what I wanted, and truly superb. Joe did amazing tile work and listened to all of my visions and even had me present for some of the choices when it came to installation for my very custom design work. “We had a new floor put down in my kitchen/dining room. The floors are heated and what we picked was supposed to be ok. Unfortunately it kept separating, DRL came back to repair rather quickly, but it happened again. So the owner Daryl said, we are going to pull this up and put a new floor. He showed us floors he knew would be ok, it was more than the original, but he put the new floor in at no charge to me. Now, it's beautiful and I am happy! CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS SO MUCH TO THEM. Thank you to you all for everything!! Daryl, Steve, Shane and Raffi, great job!! I would def recommend them!!”
