“We have been a customer of Creative Floors over the past eleven years. Most recently, we decided to renovate part of our house and re-floor the rest of the house. Bob Hapka was very helpful in showing us all the alternatives and allowing us to take many samples home for consideration. He provided a very competitive price for materials and installation. Bob was very responsive in person, over the phone and even with email as we made our choices and scheduled the installation. We have completed the first phase of the flooring. The installers from Creative Floors showed up on time, did a very professional job and thoroughly cleaned up all work debris before they left. The finished product, a luxury vinyl plank called COREtec, looks great. Creative Floors also provided the porcelain tile that was used for our new bathroom and shower. Because of the continued good service and products we have enjoyed from Creative Floors, we are now busy selecting the flooring for the remaining areas of our home. It is a 20-minute drive from our house to Creative Floors and we pass many flooring stores along the way, but it is worth the drive to get service and prices that exceed our expectations.”

“After shopping several flooring companies my wife and I decided that Designer Floors by Nickel Tile was the one we were most comfortable with. Our first project was to replace all the vinyl flooring in the wet areas of our home with porcelain tiles. The job took 4+ days. They removed the toilets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. Everything they moved was installed back in place properly and in a timely manner. The crew was skillful, polite, clean and professional. Shortly after the tile work was completed we decided to replace the wall-to-wall carpet in the living/dining area with laminated hardwood flooring. Again we shopped and found Designer Floors by Nickel Tile to offer a quality product at a reasonable cost. It was a different crew to install the wood flooring and they too completed the job to the highest standard. I worked in the service business for many years and know that there is no better advertisement than a happy customer. The staff at Designer Floors by Nickel Tile always made me feel like a valued customer providing service that was tailored to my needs. If I were to do it all again I wouldn’t change a thing.”

“I love this company! Family owned makes all the difference. Their estimate includes everything right down to the taxes. The products they sell are beautiful. I wasn't given one price only to be told I should upgrade to a better underlayment. They ONLY use the good stuff! The crew was here for three days and we were minimally displaced! “Don't let the Eustis address confuse you. Apex covers most of Central Florida! We've had Apex treat several carpet cleaning jobs which were down right scary and Apex has been able to make most of our carpets presentable. (Sometimes it gets so bad that all you can do is replace the carpet and Apex will let you know when it gets to that point). I've been very impressed with Apex Carpet. They've always been very responsive to our requests and offer highly competitive pricing. Alicia is a pro and an awesome representative for the company. If she doesn't have a ready answer (rare), she'll get it to you in a very timely manner. I've worked with several carpet cleaners, but no one has done a better job than Apex.”
