They were very helpful and patient with the selection process, assessing our needs, giving advice about specific products , estimates for several types of flooring. It was easy to schedule installation and the installers were friendly, neat, and professional. There was follow-up after installation to see if there was any problems or questions. “Sales people were extremely helpful in offering various options for our new carpet in our family room, foyer and stairs. Explained the wearability of the different types of carpets and pads in detail and assisted us in finding the perfect carpet in our price range. The installers were on time and fast and friendly; however, they did end up making a 3 inch gash chipping off a piece of wood in one of my door mouldings, but they covered it with stain so it wasn't as noticable. I love our new carpet!”
