“I own a design/ build remodeling company in Boulder, CO and have worked with McDonald Carpet One for several years on multiple projects. They have consistently been a pleasure to work with, and the carpet company that I always go to for my own projects and whom I suggest when asked for a flooring company recommendation. The process usually begins with onsite measurements that are kept on file at their office. Then the client can visit the showroom and make choices and immediately know how each choice will affect the price. They have a huge showroom and are constantly upgrading their product lines to keep up with the latest in flooring technologies. The owner Bob McDonald has been in the flooring business for many years and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He listens carefully and is a great help in the process of quickly narrowing down all of the choices for a particular project. Highly recommended.”

“Sharon came and took detailed measurements, and then showed me Floorte options as well as carpeting for my stairs. She even endured my changing my mind four times. In the end, she ordered the exact number of boxes of flooring and just enough carpeting for my stairs. I highly recommend Sharon. The Floorte was simple to install myself, but I had an installer for the carpeting. My house looks like a brand new house. I am so happy with the result.”

“I am a decorator and a home owner and have purchased not only for my clients but myself from Ruggs Benedict and they are wonderful. Floor staff is always professional and helpful and they have educated me on the difference in rugs so that I can explain to a customer why one is better than another. I have also been invited to classes or lectures when a rug vendor wants to educate the public on their services. There floor installers are all great...my floors were done before the date they had assigned me and they are beautiful. I did grey tones in the wood floors I was installing and I trusted them enought to have the confindence to choose something a little different from the norm and I love my floors. I normally use Chris and she is great and all the installers are great guys. I liked that they are on salary not just contract labor. They have a stake in what is being sold or installed by Ruggs Benedict. When I chose Ruggs Benedict they were just a few hundred dollars more than the other two vendors I was compairing products with but I felt that they were the best and that decision proved to be the correct choice.”
