“The original carpet I choose from Mike's showed a seam right down the middle of the room. The owner came out personally to check the carpet was installed correctly; it was. They allowed me to choose another carpet without charge and it turned out great -- no seam! The process of replacing the carpet did take some time; however, I can't complain being it was at no additional charge. They were very friendly and helpful when I went back to look for a different sample. I did like my original carpet but I am even happier with my revised choice.”
