The rug I bought is even nicer than the one I initially chose. The quality of both rugs is excellent, and both are perfect in the rooms for which they were intended. Shipment was very fast, and both rugs arrived in excellent condition. I also purchased pads for both rugs, and both of those are excellent, as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the outstanding service that was provided.”

The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly.
It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase.
